Andrew needed to keep a better idea of controlling the company's inventory in shape. In the initial stages was only 10 maximum products where its raw material; just straight tea, was manageable. The company started to sell more products, and expansion felt like a bubble about to burst.

Needed more tea.
Needed more ingredients.
Needed more packaging material.

Major Tom was born. Andrew; being an expert broadcasting future sales and marketing from the previous tea company he worked for; his new kid, stated a few years ago, started to grow...

Faster.
Needed more tea types, growing gardens, tea grades, that involved visits to new growers, and new certifications to be complied with.

My pickiness for certain things, finding mistakes on certain blends and numbers not matching at the time of auditing, made me understand quickly the movement of the tea crops and times to order and the conformance with the manufacturing snd packing processes of the finished product.

Soon enough, a manufacturing, safe and processes needed to be implemented, along with the proper training in quality control and packaging. Proper labelling and sampling and auditing was soon instituted and a new position was created.

Found myself soon enough travelling with Andrew to his business trips.

Got to see and visit many places I never thought of.

Middle East, Europe, Canada, USA. Tradeshows, manufacturing equipment shows, Tea and Coffee Conferences, just to mention, and our best sellers, hotels and gig chain restaurants.

A trip I never thought was to be accomplished took several months to be confirmed: to Egypt and Europe. Proper documentation from the Embassy and the suppliers where provided in order to be given the good to go'

My next stop got schedule and my first auditing overseas was coming to be true.
