Episode 8: The Unnamed One

Our episode opens up with Evil-lyn wandering through the trippy dimension of New Trolla where she comes across a mysterious Trollan, Evelyn asking him "excuse me, I came to this plane looking for a Trollan bounty hunter who calls himself The Unnamed one" the Trollan then says "Well it's your lucky day bat lady, you're looking at him. and how may I be of your service?" Evelyn then tells him "I need someone with your skills to help me take down a group of brats who call themselves masters of the universe" Evil-lyn then projects the image of Krass and Ork-O along with replacement masters Sy-Klone, Stonedar, and Two-bad. The Unnamed one takes an interest in Ork-O, telling her "it's a done deal, I have a bone to pick with the RK unit" Evil-lyn then tells him "one more thing" before we cut to Kronis rotting in his cell only for the Unnamed one to blast a hole in the wall with his potion spell shooter, Kronis exclaiming "A Trollan?" only for Evil-lyn to tell Kronis "he's with me" before blasting Kronis with a blast of havoc from her orb of witchcraft transforming him into Trap-Jaw, Kronis thanking Evelyn for freeing him. we then see a bunch of Royal guards point their guns at the two dark masters, the Unnamed one firing a smoke spell from his spell shooter while Evil-lyn and Trap-Jaw combine their powers to summon the dreadwing which crashes through the ceiling of the royal palace, King Randor watching as the large bat-shaped vehicle take off from a balcony. a royal guard reports to King Randor that the prisoner known as Kronis has escaped with help from Evil-lyn along with a Trollan, King Randor then tells them "The masters will deal with it, I have faith in them" before we cut to Evil-Lyn and Trap-Jaw inside the cockpit of the dreadwing, Trap-Jaw asking her "so where's R'Qazz?" Evil-lyn then tells him "he's busy running a cult of Skeletor worshippers" Trap-Jaw responds with "well that's an odd career choice, sucks that we're one man short" Evil-lyn then tells him "don't worry, my bounty hunter is on their trail as we speak" we then cut to the forgotten forest where we see Krass, Tuvar, Baddra, Stonedar, Dash-shel, and Ork-O hanging out with the mossmen while Ork-O performs magic tricks for them, the replacement masters and mossmen applauding while Kreann'ot/Moss-man watches from atop one of the skytree's branches holding his father's cane. we then see the Unnamed one take aim at Ork-O while hiding inside a nearby bush, the Trollan bounty hunter disgusted by Ork-O's use of magic saying "the RK unit knows sorcery, and he's using it for mere parlor tricks? such a waste" firing a restraint spell from his spell shooter which turns into a net that captures Ork-O, Stonedar exclaiming "Ork-O! you okay little buddy?" only for the Unnamed one to emerge from the bushes, Ork-O's eyes widening as he exclaims "Wait, you're Trollan! I met a Trollan once, he taught me magic. his name is Orko the great, you may have heard of him" the Unnamed one then picks up the netted Ork-O, telling the little robot "you're not fit to speak his name machine, not after you made a mockery of THE Orko the great" Krass is confused, exclaiming "A Trollan? I thought witchy told me they all migrated to another dimension" Tuvar and Baddrah come charging at the Unnamed one with their pikes only for The Unnamed one to accidentally fire a confetti spell at the two much to their confusion, The Unnamed one exclaiming "oops, I must have loaded the wrong potion into the ol' spell shooter" as he scratches his head. Tuvar looks at Baddrah and asks him "was that a gun that shoots magic?" Baddrah then tells Tuvar "beats me, first time I've seen one" the Unnamed one then reloads his spell shooter and fires an electricity spell that comically electrocutes Tuvar and Baddrah, all the while Ork-O tries to use his magic saying "abracadabra abraca-dee, cut this net and set me free!" only for it to not work, the Unnamed one telling him "try all you want fake wizard, but that ain't gonna work. this here net's magic-proof" Krass then tells the unnamed one "Give us our friend back, Trollan!" The Unnamed one slings the netted Ork-O then tells her "sorry little missy, but I got a beef with this here RK unit. and my friends call me the unnamed one, I'm a bounty hunter. my employer hired me to take out the lot of ya" as he points his spell shooter at the masters only for Moss-man to land in front of the Unnamed one extending his vine tendrils only for the Unnamed one to fire a fire spell from his spell shooter burning Moss-man's tendrils off causing him to scream in pain, Krass telling him "Don't worry Kreann'ot, we'll handle this from here, you defend the Skytree" Mossman telling her "thank you" Krass, Dash-shel, Tuvar, and Baddrah all exclaim "By the power of Grayskull... we have the power!" the four transforming into Ram Ma'am, Sy-Klone, and Two-Bad. the replacement masters charge at the Unnamed one, Stonedar shouting "give my friend back!" as he tries to throw a punch at the Unnamed one who fires a spell from his spell shooter that cancels out the power of Grayskull reverting Stonedar back into being an inanimate boulder, Ork-O exclaiming "Rocky no!" Two-Bad combine their axes and try to perform their obsidian master strike, only for the Unnamed One to shoot that same spell at Two-Bad reverting them back into being Tuvar and Baddrah, Sy-Klone turns his body into a tornado to spin at the Unnamed one who fires that same spell yet again at Sy-Klone turning him back into Dash-shel who gets dizzy and falls over. Ram Ma'am tries to ram the Unnamed one with her Ram-ball only for her to get hit by the Unnamed one's spell shooter turning her back into Krass who crashes onto the ground, Ork-O exclaiming "Krass no!" Krass looks at her hands and asks what the heck happened, and the Unnamed one explains to her "I casted a spell that severs your connection to the power of grayskull, your nemesis Evil-lyn taught it to me" Krass gets back up and looks around to see Tuvar, Baddrah, Dash-shel, and Rocky lying on the ground unconscious (except Rocky since he's just a boulder) Krass then looks at the Unnamed one and asks him "The old bat lady's your employer?" The Unnamed one then fires a magic blast knocking Krass into Moss-man who catches her, all the while the Unnamed one teleports away with the captured Ork-O, Krass exclaiming "NO!" as our heroes look up at the Dreadwing. The Unnamed one hops in the back seat with the captured Ork-O who asks The Unnamed One "so lemme get this straight, you're mad at me because you think I've made a mockery of Orko the great?" The Unnamed one tells him "Orko the great is held in high regard by my people back in New Trolla, he was the one who helped us ascend. you are just a cheap imitation, you may have taken his name and wear his robes but you will never be Orko, you're just a machine" Evil-lyn then calls out to the Mossmen ordering them to surrender to the horde or else their precious tree will be destroyed in the name of her father Hordak, Trap-Jaw in the cockpit asking her "the cosmic vampire is your dad?" Evil-lyn tells him "long story" Kreann'ot/Moss-Man tells the villains "Never! The magic in this forest does not belong to Hordak, it belongs to nature!" as he slams his father's cane into the ground causing giant roots to emerge from the ground to entangle the Dreadwing only for it to break free with its bladed wings. An enraged Evil-lyn tells Trap-Jaw (who sits in the driver's seat) "Trap-Jaw, destroy the skytree" Trap-Jaw plugs his cybernetic arm into the Dreadwing's console firing a barrage of missiles causing the skytree to topple over much to the shock and horror of the mossmen and replacement masters, We then cut to Zodac sitting in his space chair witnessing these events from space, Zodac realizing that these new masters are in just as much trouble as the other masters. Zodac then teleports to Eternia, specifically in the citadel of Darksmoke located in the ice mountains, Zodac walking directly into the dragon's nest where he comes across a sleeping red dragon (a female dragon), she wakes up and asks him "what brings you here to the domain of Granamyr, Cosmic enforcer?" Zodac then tells her "The Skytree has been destroyed" Granamyr snorts, asking him "why should I care? I always envied that thing for stealing my title of oldest living thing on Eternia. with it gone that title now belongs to me, and I'm happy" Zodac then tells her "With the skytree destroyed and the masters de-powered the balance of the universe could fall into chaos" we then see a bunch of baby dragons fluttering around the place, Zodac asking her "those your kids?" Granamyr then says "Grandkids actually, my kids already left the nest decades ago. I'm just babysitting for them. In the 10,000 years I've been alive I've seen, I've seen power corrupt people countless times throughout Eternia's history" Zodac then tells her "such as King Grayskull's fall to havoc at the end of the great war? I was there too, my sister was the sorceress who put an end to his rampage" Granamyr then says "I see, very well. I shall help you, but I'll have to bring the grandkids with me" one of the baby dragons burping a little flame in Zodac's face. we then cut to the Dreadwing lowering down to the burning wreckage of the skytree to extract the magic within, Ork-O exclaiming "No, you can't do that! If you steal the tree's magic then the forest will die!" only for the captive Ork-O to get smacked upside the head by the unnamed one who tells him "quiet you!" before asking Evil-lyn when he'll get his payment. Evil-lyn then tells the Trollan bounty hunter "I'll pay you by splitting the magic we extract from the Skytree between the two of us, from one magic user to another" Trap Jaw then turns the controls of the Dreadwing with his cybernetic arm causing the Dreadwing to suck up the magic from the tree causing the forest arount to start decaying along with the mossmen due to their connection to the skytree with Krass, Dash-Shel, Tuvar, and Baddrah watching in horror, Krass trying to help the decaying Kreann'ot/Moss-man back up on his feet, er.. roots. but help is on the way when Zodac shows up riding on Granamyr's back with the baby dragons following behind, Trap Jaw informing Evil-Lyn "we got dragons at 12 o'clock!" with the baby dragons pelting the Dreadwing with little balls of fire from their mouths. the replacement masters are in awe of seeing real-life dragons, Dash-shel exclaiming "Is that a dragon? I only heard stories about them, never seen one in real life" Krass then tells him "sure is" while Tuvar and Baddrah sit on Rocky the boulder with their jaws dropping. Granamyr then leaps onto the Dreadwing and starts tearing the ship apart with her jaws halting the absorbing process and returning the magic to the forest reviving the mossmen, Zodac leaping off Granamyr's head smashing through the cockpit with his staff, cutting Ork-O free of his net with Ork-O hugging Zodac thanking the cosmic enforcer for coming to his rescue. Evil-Lyn, Trap-Jaw, and the Unnamed one all surround Zodac and Ork-O with Zodac facing off against Evil-Lyn and Trap-Jaw Zodac teleporting causing the two to knock into each other, meanwhile Ork-O has a magic duel with the Unnamed one who taunts Ork-O with "You may have learned the basics of Trollan magic, but you are unable to tap into its true power because you are not a true Trollan wizard! you are just a machine!" Ork-O deflects the blasts from the Unnamed one's spell shooter before telling him "I'm not just a machine, for I am a true wizard, and I'm the apprentice of Ork-O the great!" firing a suped-up Magic blast that destroys the Unnamed one's spell shooter and knocks him out of the Dreadwing, and just in time as Granamyr fires a concentrated blast of fire from her mouth that goes right through the Dreadwing prompting Zodac to teleport himself and Ork-O out of there. Evelyn teleports out as well, Trap-Jaw exclaiming "Evelyn, wait for me!" as the Dreadwing crashes into the ground and explodes. meanwhile Rocky the boulder suddenly transforms into Stonedar again, exclaiming "hey! I have the power of Grayskull again!" as Krass, Dash-Shel, Tuvar, and Baddrah all power back up into Ram-Ma'am, Sy-Klone, and Two-Bad with Krass exclaiming "alright, the masters are back in business!" with Sy-Klone telling her "your robot friend must have destroyed the trollan bounty hunter's spell shooter restoring our connection to Grayskull" with the Unnamed one landing in front of our heroes only for the replacement masters to gang up on him each kicking him around like a soccer ball knocking the de-powered Trollan bounty hunter into a nearby tree, Ork-O looking down at the unnamed one and telling him "serves you right" only for none other than Orko the great to show up out of nowhere to ask the Unnamed one "Gorpo, is that you? I wondered whatever became of my former apprentice" much to the shock of Ork-O who exclaims "wait, your name is Gorpo?" The Unnamed one hangs his head in shame saying "yeah, I went by the unnamed one because it sounded so much cooler than my real name" Ork-O then tells Orko the great "Orko, this guy tried to destroy me because he thought I was making a mockery of you!" Orko then says "Is that true, Gorpo? that is no way to treat my new wizard's apprentice!" Gorpo's eyes widen, exclaiming "that machine is your new student? but how?" Orko then puts his hand on Ork-O's shoulder and tells Gorpo/the Unnamed one "Anyone can do magic as long as you believe in it!" Gorpo then says "I guess I was wrong about you, RK unit" Orko then grabs Gorpo's hand and tells him "come on, let's get back to New Trolla!" the two Trollans disappearing into a puff of pink smoke with Ork-O waving goodbye. meanwhile Evil-lyn watches from the shadows to make her escape, contacting Hordak informing him that the plan to extract the magic from the Skytree has failed. Hordak tells her "no matter, my daughter. I have already captured He-man" which makes Evil-lyn smile. meanwile Two-Bad looks up to Granamyr who snorts at the fused duo with Tuvar saying "good dragon" and Baddrah saying "nice dragon" only for Zodac to leap off Granamyr and tell them "Don't worry, she's on our side". meanwhile Krass notices Moss-man and his people grieving over the loss of the Skytree, Krass telling him "I'm sorry" Moss-man tells her "no need" as he plants a seed he saved into the ground causing a glowing magic sapling to sprout out of the ground. Moss-man tells her "The skytree may be gone, but now a new one will grow in its place to keep the magic of the forgotten forest alive... give or take a few centuries" which makes Krass smile as she watches the Replacement masters and the Mossmen play with the baby dragons (along with Cringer's nephew Kitty who wrestles with one of the baby dragons) while Granamyr lets out a triumphant roar. Zodac interrupts this happy moment by telling Ram Ma'am "Krass, I have some bad news. your friends are in trouble" Krass panics, exclaiming "Adam, what happened to him? tell me that he's alright!" Zodac tells her "I'm afraid that Prince Adam has walked right into Hordak's trap and has been captured" Krass is horrified by this news, and so are the replacement masters. Krass then tells Zodac "take us to him now! we'll rescue him!" Zodac tells her "I'm afraid that's not possible, he is currently trapped in the dimension of Despondos with no escape" Krass sheds a tear as she reverts back into base form, sitting on a log as she wipes the tears from her eyes as Ork-O comforts her assuring Krass that the masters will find some way to get Adam back. the other masters de-transform (except for Stonedar) with Stonedar telling Zodac that they should tell King Randor about this, Zodac saying "agreed" Granamyr then tells our heroes "I can offer you all a lift, hop on my back" the Replacement masters (plus Ork-O and Moss-Man, who volunteers to come with to speak to the king on behalf of his people) hopping on Granamyr's back with the elderly dragon spreading her wings and taking to the sky before we cut to Kronis (now back in his base form) being pulled out of the wreckage of the Dreadwing by Skeletor cultists only for Kronis to wake up to R'Qazz in the cloak holding the havoc staff tossing a set of cultist robes to Kronis telling him "come join us, and rejoice in the power of havoc... old friend" ending our episode on a cliffhanger.
