Heading back to work after the New Year felt like a dream, I found myself digging out my cute, mock turtle neck sweaters, the love bites and slight marking on my wrists and neck were hard to cover up. I didn't want to plaster on make up either. Sensei Da Eun was leaving me alone, I had overheard Terry giving her a talking to before the holiday break. She was curt with me, but not rude, at least she would greet me.

"How's my little office assistant doing?" Terry asked, he leaned against the doorframe of my office, I looked up from my computer monitor, I grinned, "Hey babe. I'm just catching up on everything then I was going to dig into DynaTox's billing and all that... stuff," I trailed off, clicking around on my computer screen and moving my pointer over to my other monitor.

Terry breezed into my office, sitting on the edge of my desk next to me, I grinned up at him, he met my smile, his fingers brushed against my cheek, "Are you comfortable?"

My face went red, "Um... comfortable enough," I laughed nervously, "I'm still sore, obviously, you um, haven't shown me much mercy the last several nights."

He chuckled, "How about we just cuddle tonight? Can't have my darling fiancé too sore all the time." He winked.

"You're terrible," I laughed, "Are you in between classes right now?"

"I am, and yes. I wanted to come up and see you and talk about the wedding. Whatever you want, I'll make sure it happens," his boyish grin and charm had an effect on me that I couldn't even begin to explain.

"Oh, I never though I'd get married, I've been trying to put some thought into it lately," I rolled my chair closer to him and wrapped my tired and sore arms around his leg and rested my head on his knee. The feeling of his fingers going through my hair was nearly enough to make me fall asleep, "Well, let's start small, where would you like to get married, baby?"

I hummed, thinking deep. "You know... It doesn't matter to me," I leaned back and looked at him, I smiled, "I just want to be Mrs. Silver. To spend my life with you is all I need, unless you want a big wedding, that's fine with me too."

"How about we brainstorm tonight?" he brushed his large hand across my cheek, "I want you to have what you want, and... I will have you know, I am most certainly excited to have you on my arm as Mrs. Silver," he grinned. "Now, get back to work before your boss has to dole out some punishments."

I chuckled and got back to my work. Hearing the classes resume downstairs, the students going through the motions, I waited until they were all set to their own devices and practice against their partners before I crept downstairs, purse and car keys in tow, I spotted Terry across the way at the far side of the dojo, quietly, I made my way over to him.

"Hey babe," I whispered and tugged him around the corner near the cubbies that held the shoes, "I'm going to head to the Country Club, I want to see Kyle and Santi and tell them the news if that's ok? I caught up with everything."

Terry smiled, "Ok, how about you stay there and speak with your friends and once this class is over I can go join you for some dinner?"

"Sounds wonderful," I chirped, Terry's large hands cupped my face as he placed his lips softly on mine, told me to drive safe and saw me out the door.

I loved the car he got for me for Christmas, it roared to life and drove like a dream. It certainly beat taking the bus. Once I pulled up along the Country Club the valet came out, it was Oscar, "Oscar! How are you?"

"Ella!" He exclaimed, wrapping his arms around me and giving me the biggest hug, "How the hell are you girl? We miss you around here, you haven't been in a while."
