The Paw Patrol Road galleries are normally from class two to three they pose little to none threat and answers were class four or higher, class fours don't cooperate with each other unless it's under the orders of a class 5 which are very rare with the types that goes with it and the alpha Above the Rest and the villains are below it and bows.
