Shreya's POV

It has been 2 months since I started painting. When Rehansh saw my paintings he told me to post them on Instagram and start my account.

His words were, "You have an amazing talent, Shree, utilize it. Create an account on Instagram and upload your paintings. The world deserves to see it.  Maybe your followers' admiration of your paintings can uplift your mood."

On his insistence, I started my account and by god's grace, I have 10K followers. People are admiring my work and are asking me to make paintings for them. This is so heartwarming.

I have started healing and my journey is still going on and it will. It's how life is.

Author's POV

Shreya is gradually living a happy life. She has moved on, putting the past behind her. She has worked very hard on her paintings. She was pleased with the posts, likes, and follows. She once came across a flier promoting a painting contest. She got the idea to attempt it. She submitted her application for the contest, and she was selected. The contest will take place in a different city. She got ready,  looking forward to it. On the day of the competition, she makes a trip to the city to attend the event. She didn't feel threatened despite the numerous contestants around her since her heart was filled with confidence and will power.

Everything was going smoothly until Shreya noticed her sister competing. Both had a passion for art since they were little and used to draw often. She turned back, intending to leave the competition.

She then had a fleeting thought, "Why should I lose something important because of some lame reason?" All I need to think about now is the future; the past is the past. This thinking prompted her to continue her participation. The competition began, and everyone was given supplies and a canvas.

When the timer started, she poised her painting brush and started her art. She showed her feelings while creating her art. Happiness, grief, confidence, and guidance were felt while she painted. After 2 hours the time ends.

All of the paintings left the judges and spectators in awe. Shreya finally closed her eyes and began waiting for the results of the debate. "Shreya Sinha" was named the winner by the judges. Shreya joyously opened her eyes after hearing this, walked up to the podium, and accepted the trophy. She could see everyone clapping for her from the stage, even her sister. Her eyes began to leak tears. She was speechless.
