I don't think enough of you know how useful the wattpad website is. You can only schedule parts through the website. If you try to publish a part through the website, it will ask if you wanna schedule it or not.
My chapters will come out every Monday, 5:30 Am in Uae. I know that 70% of my viewers are Indian, so it's 7:00 Am in india. The website lets me know where my audience are from (not specifically who is from where) and what age groups and genders read my work
