school's library

After the recess started, Solar decided to go read in the library like he had planned after seeing the school's library for the first time at their tour earlier.

The moment he opened the door, he was met with loud noises by students, some were playing on the livrary's computer, some were running around or causing chaos.

"Is this really a library..?"Solar thought in disbelief and searched for the librarian.

"Are you the librarian?"Solar asked as he saw a girl sitting behind the frontdesk while playing on a gaming set.

"Yup, that's me!"She looked at him up and down before placing her controller away and offering him a handshake.

He accepted her offer, so she carelessly shook his hand with a silly grin on her face.

"Welcome to our library! I already heard about you!"She lets go of his hand. "My name is Chelsy and as I said before, I'm the librarian!"

"I see.."He took a look at his surrounding. "Isn't a library supposed to be a quiet place to read?"

"It sure is! But not in our school"She turned on the librarian exclusive computer and typed his name. "I'm guessing that you want to read in a quiet surrounding?"

"Yes, that would be nice"

"Alright!"Chelsy typed for a moment before she handed him a keycard. "This is the key to your assigned room in the library. You're lucky because you don't have to share it with anyone since it is still completely free"

"Thank you?"He said, a bit confused why he would need an extra room in a library just to read books if it's a library.

"Now that that is settled"She pushed a button on her watch and not even a minute later, a boy version of her arrived at the desk.

"You called?"The boy said, his clotches a complete mess just like his dark brown hair, similiar to the librarian.

"Yup, we got a new nerd"She announced.

"Oh, the new student"He turned to Solar with a smile, his green eyes burning with micheviousness. "Nice to meet ya!"

"It's nice to meet you too"Solar replied skeptically as the two of them reminded him of his twin brother Blaze.

"Follow me!"

The boy led him through the big library, showing him the different part of it until they arrived at a secluded spot at the back of the library.

"This room is yours!"He opened it with Solar's card before returning it back to him.

The room wasn't too big, but not too small either, the perfect size and cozy enough with the bean bag and couches to read peacefully or do a project.

"Ah, thanks"

"No problem!"The boy smiled. "My name is Calvin and I'm also a librarian like my twin sister Chelsy. We are the only librarian to be honest."He took out a notebook and read out loud. "Rules to keep in the library. No food or drinks, unless you sit right next to front desk where the library's cafe is located. No hacking or stealing, there will be consequences. If you damage a book you have to pay. And lastly, everything that you borrow must be returned after four weeks."

"That's it?"Solar asked.

"Yup"Calvin confirmed.

"What about running around or shouting?"

"That is allowed"

"But it's a library?"

"Doesn't matter"

"Okay.."

"As you can see, our school is different from other school, the same goes for the library"Calvin explained. "It's okay if you are loud here, which is why there is a secluded spot with sound proof rooms for the students that prefers silence"

"I see"

"Calvin!"A student called.

"Whoops, seems like someone need me. See ya around!"He waved and skated away, just then did Solar realized that Calvin was wearing rollerblades this whole time.
