Andrew.. he is so dead when I see him.. and I bet Blaze is in it too. Those two are dead.

Once again I read the paper, nervousity rising in me the more times I read it.

Why am I even so nervous? It's not like I'm going to ask her out..

I looked at Amelia who was looking down at the city, enjoying its beauty. Her long black hair tied with a blue ribbon into two pigtails, matching her silk blue dress.

Whatever it was, she smiled and nodded as a respond.

Am I too late?

My regrets from valentine day returned back and replayed themselves in my head.

But.. this could be my chance.

"The view is great! You should see it!"Amelia said with a bright smile on her beautiful face.

"Mhm, it's pretty"

But you're prettier.

She continued to talk while I listen halfheartedly as I was too distracted by her kind amber eyes and her graceful aura.

Hah.. How did this even happen?

I stared at the 80% on my test and couldn't help but feel dissappointed in myself.

"What score did you get?"Andrew suddenly took my paper out of my hands. "Ouch, 80%"

"Give it back!"I snatched it away from his hand and shoved it into my bag.

"Dang, sorry"He patted my head. "A 80% is still good you know?"

"Mhm.."

It's not.

He sighed and gave me some candy before leaving. I simply stared at it with no intention of eating them as I was in no mood to do so.

"The exam was hard wasn't it?"Amelia suddenly said.

Despite being seat neighbours we barely ever talk with each other. Maybe 'hello' and if we needed something, but nothing more than that.

"Yeah.."I mumbled.

"I got 60% what about you?"

"Um.." I hesitated. "80%"

Her eyes shined with admiration. "Woah! That's really good!"

"Mhm.."

She noticed my lack of excitement and smiled softly. "The exam was really hard, I doubt many got higher than 70%"

"Andrew got a 95%.."I pointed out.

"The only one"She corrected. "I didn't get a high score either did I?"

Finally I fully looked at her. We're not close neither do we speak much to each other, yet she was trying to cheer me up? Even more surprising since she is rather a shy and quiet person...

"Yeah, you're right. It was really hard"I finally smiled.

That was the day when everything started. Since then I started to notice her more, even when she was almost invincible among the crowd. The more I noticed her the more did I know her and talk with her. Later on, I found out that she never got a 60%, but a 100% instead. She lied to cheer me up which was honestly really nice..

I don't know when exactly I fell in love with her, but I just feel like it would break my heart to see her dissappear.

I can't imagine a world without her.

As I thought that I unknowingly grabbed her hand.

Amelia tilted her head to the side, wondering why I had done that.

Fuck! Why did I do that!???

Oh no no no no no no!

Ask her out.

A voice in my head said. But.. what if I ruin our friendship? We're not exactly that close but I still treasure it.. and the other problem is if she even likes me..?

"Is something wrong?"She asked with her soothing voice.

"I.."I hesitated once again, but this time she placed her other hand on mine.

"You can tell me everything, don't worry I won't be mad nor judge you"

That was enough for me to tell the truth. "I l-love you.."I said in a barely audible tone.

I closed my eyes in fear that I will see her pitying eyes when she reject me, but instead I heard her chuckle.

E-eh?

"I was wondering when you were going to tell me"She smiled at me once again, her smile seeming sweeter than usual.

"W-what..?"I asked in both confusion and surprise.

"It was pretty obvious"She chuckled again.

"It was!??"I could feel my cheeks burning up.

"Mhm"Her smile changed into a teasing one. "It's obvious when you're only calm around me"

She does have a point.. oh gosh, how embarrassing!

"So you knew it this whole time?"

"Yup"

"Haha.. great."

She patted my head. "I love you too silly"

My brain suddenly stopped functioning as soon as I heard her words.

Is this dream? If yes then please let me sleep forever.

I heard it wrong right? Right???

Her melody-like chuckle snapped me out of my thoughts---panic--- and was met by a kiss on the cheek.

W-wha-..?

My face felt like burning up as I completely melted into the seat.

"Lmao look at him!"I could hear Vanessa laughing with Blaze and Andrew.

"Pfft- he really is head over heels for her!"Andrew laughed harder while Blaze nodded in agreement.

Traitors!

"Are you okay?"Amelia asked me as she helped me got on my feet again and leave the ride.

"Y-yes.."

"And now he's stuttering!"Blaze and Andrew were dying of laughter.

So embarrassing..

"Okay, enough you two"Vanessa tried to sound as mature as possible but it was clear that she was holding back her laughs.

Just you wait! All of you! Except Amelia that is.

"I still can't believe that you actually did it"Vanessa said to Amelia on the way home while I quietly sat next to my now girlfriend?? I think I will just clear it tomorrow. I had enough embarrassing moments today..

"That was the only thing that you wanted from me for helping"Amelia replied, her cheeks also beet red.

"Pfft- yeah"She tried to focus on driving. "Can't wait to see everyone's reaction"
