"Isn't this pretty??" Asked my sister. I knew at that time that she wanted that. I had to bring her here forcefully. I wanted to buy a new football for me but, she is not letting me buy it and if I scold her, she will start complaining about me.

"Yes, sweetheart. This is very pretty. I'll buy you this but first, let's buy what I want. I will buy this afterwards don't worry. Sir, please keep this aside for me." I said forcing a smile on my face and patting her head. She smiled at me and happily started to jump around the mall following me. She is very cute sometimes and very stubborn the rest of the time. Of course, why would she not be? She is the youngest and spoiled girl in my family. What can we expect from a 9-year-old girl?

Sh*tttt... I lost her. Where is Preeti? Did I lose her? "PREETI! PREETI! PREETI! WHERE ARE YOU??" I started shouting like anything. My heart started to pound like anything, and my eyes were filled with her. I am so scared to lose her. She is the only source of my happiness. I was still screaming her name and running like a l*natic everywhere. Please Please God not Please her Please she should not be the next target of the kidn*ppers in this town.

This stressful situation made me panic me so much that I almost forgot who and where am I. Until I heard some crying sounds. I started to walk towards the voice in some hopes that it would be Preeti. Yes, I found her. She was sitting on a bench comfortably with a crying child beside her?? I was so confused by seeing the scene, but I brushed my and went running towards and bugged her so tightly.

"Dada. I am not able to breathe. What happened to you why are you crying?" Said my sister innocently.

"What are you doing here?? Do you know how much I was worried for you?? Why are you always worrying me??" I asked all these questions in one go and saw her face which was having a pout on it. Yes, she knows how to calm me down and that is the face which melts me.

The girl beside us started to cry more loudly. "What's your name child??"

"..... C... C... C... Chhavi" said the girl while wiping her tears.
"Are you lost??"
"Yes...." Said the girl and she again started to cry like anything. I held her hands and took her to the nearby places I thought her guardians can be. I could not find anyone, so I had to drop her off at the nearby police station.

"Hello, sir, I wanted to report a missing child. Her name is Chhavi. I hope you find her parents soon." I said the police inspector with a hope that she can find her guardians.
"Hi beta. Are you Chhavi Joshi? The daughter of Mukund and Swara Joshi?? Younger sister of Avni Joshi?" Asked the inspector to the child. Her sad face turned into a happy face when she heard those names. She quickly nodded into a yes.

"We found Chaavi Joshi. She is safe and sound here. You may return. You may return. Over and out" said the inspector on a walkie talkie. I did some paperwork and came to the shop where I wanted to buy a football. Which was closed. The notice on that said that it would be closed for 3 days. So, I returned to the place where my sister wanted her stuff and bought her that.

In short today's day did not go as I thought but I am happy that I could help that girl to find her house and I found my sister.
