~Third Person POV~
That night, the chocolate makers were lying on the small rickety bed, both in a light sleep. In the window ledge was a small figure in the moonlight. It slowly and quietly made its way to the two jars of chocolates that were sitting out. Stepping on a floorboard, a click was heard and the piece of flooring sprung up, sending the thing flying into a trap.
The two chocolatiers sprang out of bed and approached the glass containing the intruder. "Gotcha," Willy exclaimed happily. "What the devil? Let me out of here! I demand to be released!" The thing shouted.
"It can speak?" (Y/n) tilted her head, sitting beside her boy. Willy picked up the jar and sat it on their desk. "Well of course I can speak. Now let me out of here or I shall shriek."
"Not til I take a good look at you." Willy flipped on a switch and a light now made the person in the jar visible. The man had orange skin and green hair, just like how Willy described it.
"Good evening." It said with an accent.
"So you're the funny little man who's been following us." Willy hummed, his hand unconsciously pulling (Y/n) beside him by her hip. The man huffed. "Funny little man?! How dare you! I'll have you know I'm a perfectly respectable size for an OompaLoompa."
(Y/n) furrowed her brows. "An Oompa what now?"
"In fact in Loompaland, I'm regarded as something of a whopper. They call me Lofty. So I'll thank you not to keep gawping at me like something unpleasant you found in your handkerchief. I find it uncomfortable and frankly rude."
(Y/n) shut her mouth as Willy narrowed his eyes. "Sorry."
"Now let me out of here. You have no right to go around embottling innocent strangers." The oompa loompa demanded. The duo looked at the man with narrowed eyes. "Innocent? Hold on. You've been stealing from us for years!"
"Well, you started it!"
"Us?"
"You stole our cocoa beans!"
The two shared a look and looked back at the man. "What are you talking about?" Willy questioned.
"Do you mean to say you don't even remember?!"
"What are we remembering?" (Y/n) shouted.
"The day you destroyed my life."
The two were silent for a second in thought.
"...No I don't remember that."
"I got nothing."
"Well then, young man, young woman, allow me to refresh your memory, in the form of a song so ruinously catchy it will creep into your brain and never leave." He pulled out a flute, blew on it, and started to dance.
"I don't like the sound of that." Willy grimaced.
"Too late. I'm dancing now. Once we've started we can't stop." He continued dancing oddly, but the young adults seemed amused with small smiles.
"Oompa Loompa doompety-doo, I've got a tragic tale for you. Oompa Loompa doompety-dee, If you are wise you'll listen to me."
---------
Up ahead was a green and beautiful island surrounded by sparkling and bright blue water. They were in loose button-down and striped trousers, a small bag on their backs. They walked around the island in search of something.
"Dear Loompaland is both luscious and green but not conducive to growing the bean!"
Helping each other cut down some bushes and branches, the two found a tree that held multiple large cocoa beans. They smiled and didn't hesitate to take them.
