Chapter Four

"Holy shit, man. Bro is that you?" gulat na tanong ni Kuya sa lalaki. Maybe he's one of Kuya's friends.

Of course, I had to walk towards their direction because my amazing brother left me standing here. I stopped beside my brother who was busy talking with this Cloud guy.

"Just now, why were you inside the guidance office? Did you get caught making out with another girl again?" si Kuya na natatawa.

"Yeah, and it's with her." he points at the girl clinging to him. "This hoe moans too loud."

My brother laughed hearing this guy's answer.

"Bro seriously? At least take your girls to a hotel." suggestion pa ni engot. I don't even know why the hell I'm listening to their conversation. Si Ma'am Rivera naman ay hindi ko na nakita pa, nawala ba naman ito bigla habang naglalakad kami kanina sa hallway. Baka may importanteng pinuntahan.

"What about you, Clark? Are you going to get nagged by the counselor too?" the man laughed after. His voice was so manly that even his laugh seemed.. hot.

Tumawa rin si Kuya at bigla akong inakbayan.

"Yeah, seems like we're going to get some nagging." binalingan pa ako ng engot sabay kurot sa pisngi ko.

"Oh, I see."

Tumingala ako upang tingnan ang lalaking nagngangalang Cloud. May katangkaran kase ito, kasing-tangkad lang ni Kuya.

When I looked up, he was already staring at me. I was surprised to see him looking at me that way, it was serious and intimidating. I'm not sure about it, but I think he seemed pissed. Is it because of me?

He grabbed the girls waist without cutting our eye contact.

"Let's go, Ella." he says while his eyes still on me. "We'll get going now, Clark. See you around."

I couldn't help but wonder as I watched them walk away. Girls? Hoe?

Bakit girls? Diba isa lang yung babaeng kasama niya? Tsaka, "Kuya anong klaseng hoe ibig sabihin niya? Yung sa gardening ba?"

Mula sa pagpihit sa pintoan ay gulat na napalingon sa akin ito sabay malakas na isinara ang pintoan pabalik.

"H-Huh?! Where'd you heard that?" he covers his mouth in disbelief. Napaka-overreacting naman ng lalaking ito.

I rolled my eyes at him. "Obviously, sa inyo nung Cloud guy."

He blinked a few times tilting his head in confusion.

"You listened to our conversation?"

"Yes."

He winced.

"You sure are nosy."

Tila parang tinuhog ako ng ilang tubo dahil sa binitawang mga salita ni Kuya Clark.

"How—" could he say that to me? Akala ko ba mahal niya akong kapatid? Paanong nagawa niyang sabihin na pakealamera ako?

I couldn't help but stare at him full of disappointment.

"Grabe, Kuya." my eyes starts tearing up. "Akala ko ba baby sister mo ako."

Malapit na nga akong humikbi. Siya naman itong agad na dinaluhan ako't niyakap.

"W-Why are you crying? Did Kuya say something mean to my princess?" nag-aalalang hinagod-hagod nito ang likoran ko habang ako naman itong parang batang humahagulhol sa dibdib niya.

Hindi naman ako ganito ka matampohin pero kase first time niya akong nasabihan ng ganoon kaya pakiramdam ko ay nagbago na si Kuya at hindi na ako mahal.
