Ayan's pov:

Akk was sitting next to me on the couch as he was learning again. He still needed to catch up and it was quite stressful for him that we are learning about one topic and in school he learns about something completely different.
We both sat there in silence before there was the sound of a key getting put into the key hole of the front door.
The door opened and someone walked inside. I couldn't see who it was cause the wall was in the way, but a wide smile spread on my face as I already had a feeling.
And yes, I was right. Dika stepped into the living room, wearing the house shoes I once bought for him since he is visiting so often at the time.
"Teacher Dika!" Akk mentioned as he smiled widely. I smiled too, but mine was rather soft as I just waved to my uncle. "Please, just Dika." The older man said to Akk.
"We are not in school. It is fine if you just call me by my name. And also, please no Sir. It makes me feel old."
The prefect chuckled slightly and nodded. "Uncle?" I asked, trying to catch his attention. "Can we talk for a second? Under four eyes. You know."
Akk looked at me suspicious but didn't really seem to mind as I stood up to leave with my uncle into the kitchen.
We both sat down in the chairs and looked each other into the eyes as he just waited for me to open the talk. "It's about Akk." I mumbled to him.
My uncle didn't say anything but more likely seemed to be interested in what I was about to tell him.
"He is a fast learner, but really not fast enough to have everything set until the exam. And it also is really hard to focus for him in class since he is learning two things at the same time; with you an with me."
Dika nodded a bit and made a noise as if he was thinking about a solution. "And your plan?"
"Wouldn't it be possible if... he takes the exam later? You know... That he has some more time to learn. Can't he take it maybe like in the last week of the year?"
"Aye, with my fullest respect. We only have one exam a year, which already is really generous of me. But then even postpone it on another day?"
My uncle let out a deep sigh. "It already was hard to convince Chadok to give Akk another test last week. He would kill me if I would ask him to give Akk even more time."
"Uncle, please." I began begging. "Can you maybe give him another test then? A maybe easier one?" I tried shooting my shoot again.
"Again, I am sorry, Aye. But I need to treat every student the same. I am also pretty sure that it is illegal to give someone a different test."
I sighed once again. I just didn't know what to do. There was a long break of speaking between us two relatives before I came to word again.
"Then how about this..." I began. "Akk has English as his last lessons on Tuesday and Thursday. Wouldn't it be possible if he doesn't need to attend these lessons and just go home earlier so he can learn?"
I didn't see it myself, but I could feel how my black eyes sparkled as Dika nodded. "It could be working. But for that I would be needing the declaration of consent of his parents. Akk is still seventeen and legally isn't allowed to sign himself off from school."
"So his parents just have to agree and then it would be allowed?" Aye smiled widely. This is great!" And with that, I rushed back to the living room where Akk was still sitting, learning in silence.
"Akk! I have good news!" I promised him before throwing myself next to his tutor student.
His head slowly turned to my side and my smile only widened when he listened to me fully. "Yeah?"
"So, you don't need to go to school." I shook my head as I noticed my poor choice of words. "Well, not directly. Only the days where you have English for the last lesson."
Akk raised his eyebrow as he seemed a bit confused. Of course. "May I get your phone?"
"Why?" He asked me back before I pulled myself a slightly bit closer to Akk. Before he could ask me again though, I came to word.
"Because I talked with my uncle. You are allowed to go home earlier from the English lessons on Tuesday and Thursday so we can study. My uncle finds it useless for you to learn two completely different topics at a time."
My tutor kid smiled widely at that while he looked into my eyes as if I just told him that I found out how to get him all A's in English.
"Really? That's great! That means I only have 4 lessons on Tuesday cause I already only have 5 that day!"Okay, I didn't wanna break his small silly dreams, but I had to. "Actually, no. You will learn with me instead. My uncle surely will talk with the principal about this, but I am sure there will be no problem."
"Huh? This is still great! Learning with you is basically learning the ABC from all over again! Easy as cake." He told me.
To be honest, I was flustered. Hearing that my style of learning was making him happy and that it works how it should be. A small chuckle escaped my lips.
"So? Could I get your phone now?""For what?" He asked me again. Right. "I need to talk with your parents. I need their confirmation that you are allowed to leave school earlier since you are still not an adult."
Akk sighed annoyed. Clearly, he hated being treated like a child. Looks like the prefect also has an ego. What a good way to tease him later.
