Dressed in all black and carrying rope and flashlights the Pogues get ready to pile out of the Twinkie as they park outside of Mrs. Crain's house. Harli was sure that the old home was even creepier in the dark.

"You got rope?" "Got it." "Grappling hook?" "No grappling hook." "We're not Batman." "Pulley?" "Check." "Dark clothes?" "Got it." "Flashlights?" "Check."

Conversation flows from the back of the Twinkie as John B jumps out of the driver's seat and makes his way around the side of the van to open the door for the others.

"Let's go get rich, guys." JJ says, adrenaline rushing through his body. A chorus of agreement sounds from beside him as he's about to hop out of the van.

"Wait, wait." John B stops his friends. "I wanna say thank you, guys. Seriously. It means a lot to me that you're here tonight."

"Always." Kie smiles.

"Ride or die, bro." Harli smirks at her brother.

"Of course, man." Pope chimes in.

"All right, we done with the circle jerk? Can we do this?" JJ questions impatiently.

"Yeah." John B moves aside as his friends pile out of the van and make their way to the stone wall surrounding the Crain house.

"Let's get that wheat in the water." Pope cheers.

"Weed? I'm up for weed."

"When are you not, J?" Harli questions him.

"Wheat. I said wheat."

The six teenagers climb over the stone wall, JJ stopping to help Harli over to ensure that she doesn't get hurt. Then, they all make their way quickly through the overgrown yard towards the house when a bright light suddenly shining stops them in their tracks, causing them to duck down behind the tall grass and the statues placed throughout the yard to hide.

"Shit!" "Oh, shit!" "Go, go, go, go." "Flashlights!"

"It's on strobe!" JJ panics as he's trying to turn off his head light. Harli grabs the devise from his hands and quickly turns it off.

"Okay..." Pope breathes out, pausing to catch his breath. "Okay, so she has motion sensor lights."

"We could, uh... move really slowly, maybe?" JJ suggests, earning him baffled expressions from his friends.

"That's now how it works." Pope deadpans.

"Oh, shit. Let's throw a rock at it." John B suggests a worse idea than JJ's.

"What?"

"That's a really good idea. Let the axe murderer know that we're here."

"Throw a rock at it? Really, JB?"

"I don't see you coming up with a better idea, Har!"

"What about the breaker?" Sarah voices from beside them, earning multiple looks her way. "In the circuit box on the porch. We used to play hide-n-seek here as kids. And if we were brave enough we'd go all the way up to the porch. I've seen it."

"No, no." John B stands firm in his decision. "You're not going in the house alone."

"Watch me." Sarah defies.

"Crain chops people into pieces." JJ adds to John B's case.

"If you believe that, but she's like what, 85?"

"Yeah, something' like that."

"She's probably barely still kicking."

"Here. I'll go with you." Kie tells Sarah.
