The Clans and the Barbarians

There are two Clans and then the Barbarians.

(These are little snippets of the things I planned on Notes, sorry if it's a little disorganized)

RuinClan and ShallowClan are neighbors. They have lived peacefully for moons. Until an outside group of barbaric cats arrived. They have taken over small snippets of both the clan's territories and the tunnels that are below them, installed in case of emergency.

These two clans live in perfect harmony. They follow the same code as the other clans in the original series, except that a medicine cat can have a mate and kits so long as there is at least one other medicine cat to care for the clan. Also, there is a mediator/messenger that lives in both clans and will pass along messages and settle disputes. They come and go as they please. The same rule goes for them as for medicine cats.

The Barbarians are born into their positions and start their work immediately. Every time the Rulers pass down their power to their kit (only one is the kit, the other is their mate), they empty out all of the older generation, so there's only the strong. The Healer has minimal knowledge in healing and the Workers tend to focus on fighting rather than hunting. The Nobility do next to nothing. The Rulers lead the group. The Dirty do whatever no other cat wants to do. The roles are completely hereditary and there is no way to move up and down the ranks. Some cats have normal names (like humans) or names of things in nature, while others have adopted the clan names and added suffixes to their names.

RuinClan: lives in a small broken down, overgrown castle. The cats prefer the ones with big , open windows. The territory around them is lush and grassy with trees, full of life. They are known as being friendly and happy, often times optimistic. They love their beautiful territory very much.

ShallowClan: lives in the marshy area around a large lake (only half the lake). Their dens are built on the water, and although they are attached to the floor, they are built to flood in case of a flood. Their territory is a marsh that gives way to a grassy field of flowers. They are known as the witty and sassy ones. There has been some petty revenge several times in their camp.
