After a few more minutes of following after Abuela Alma and helping the village people, I am now watching Abuela talk to Senora Guzman and Mariano who has a plaster on his nose from when Isabela hit him with the flower
"Elisa, hey!" A familiar voice greeted as I turned around
"Oh, Mariana! Carlos! Hey, sorry you had to see that on your first day here in encanto" I greeted then apologized
"Ay, its fine, Elisa, don't sweat it" Mariana assured
"It's kind of a good demonstration to what your family's gifts are" Carlos added
"Yeah, I guess so" I said
"Anyway, what are you doing out here and where are your other family members?" Mariana asked
"I'm following Abuela around since it's kind of my job to guard the family, more importantly the candle holder, as for my family, they are back in Casita, I think?" I explained
Carlos was about to ask something else when different kinds of plants not usually seen in the encanto suddenly sprouted everywhere, a flower vine hitting Mariano's nose once again as he grabbed it in pain
Only Isabela can grow flowers and plants so I looked towards Casita to see 2 silhouettes playing with colorful powder and growing different varieties of plants as Abuela look in the direction of our house as well
"Isa and Mira...?" I quietly muttered as I turned to Abuela who looks mad
"Elisa, let's go" Abuela said sternly as we rode our personal clouds back home
"You're a bad influence" Isabela lightheartedly told Mirabel as she flicked a flower to her as the both of them laughed, laying down in a colorful bed of flowers
"What is going on?" Abuela demanded as both Isabela and Mirabel sat up in alarm
I only stood at the side knowing I won't be able to stand up to Abuela. It's not like I'm afraid, it's just better this way since my job is to protect all of them and not take sides so I just stayed there and listened
"Abuela! It's okay, everything's... we're going to save the miracle! The magic!" Mirabel exclaimed as she and Isa stood up
"What are you talking about? Look at our home! Look at your sister!" Abuela pointed out "Please, just, Isabela wasn't happy and" Mirabel tried to reason as Isa tried dusting off the powders on her dress and face
"Of course she's unhappy, you ruined her proposal!" Abuela intervened
"No, no, she needed me to ruin her proposal and we did all this! And the candle burned brighter!" Mirabel reasoned proudly as she gestured around the house as Isabela walked away and stood beside me
"Mirabel" Abuela lightly called
"And the cracks! That's why I'm in the vision, I'm saving the miracle!" Mirabel finished proudly
"You have to stop, Mirabel!" Abuela sternly stated as Mirabel went quiet
"The cracks started with you" Abuela started
"Bruno left because of you" Abuela added as I could only agree but it was Papa's choice to leave so he could protect Mirabel, she was only 5 when he left, she didn't even know about it until now
"Luisa and Elisa's losing their powers, Isabela's out of control, because of you!" Abuela pressed as I look at her in shock
"How did she notice...?" I muttered
"I don't know why you weren't given a gift but it is not an excuse for you to hurt this family!" Abuela finished as she takes deep breaths from her outburst
