Opportunity knocks, a fleeting chance,
A momentary glimpse at life's dance,
A window that opens, revealing light,
A path that diverges, in plain sight.
It comes in many forms, this chance to seize,
A glimmer of hope, a moment to please,
An idea that sparks, a dream to pursue,
An adventure to take, a journey anew.
It may come disguised, as a challenge or test,
A trial to face, with grit and with zest,
A hurdle to jump, a mountain to climb,
A chance to rise, and leave fears behind.
But take heed, dear friend, for time is fleeting,
And opportunity waits for no greeting,
It comes and it goes, in the blink of an eye,
So grasp it with courage, and never say die.
For in the end, what matters most,
Is not what you've gained, but what you've chose,
To take a chance, to live with grace,
To embrace life's opportunities, and run with the race.
