Charlotte looked at Lucian and asked Azure, "is this your friend?"

Azure brows furrowed, he mumbled, "senior..."

Lucian sighed.

They were both in an invisible state humans are supposed to be unable to see them.

But this human could see both of them and also was surrounded by black aura, like ghosts.

"Who are you talking to char?" Her friend, Mia tapped Charlotte's shoulder and asked.

"Huh? I'm..." Charlotte was about to ask if she really couldn't see them but then remembered how Azure saved her from the Halloween ghost.

She hesitated, then with a determined look she exclaimed "I'm talking to myself!"

Mia was confused, "are you kidding me?"

Charlotte pointed towards a boy with curly brown hair and said, "look! That's Rubert, your crush is here! What are you doing talking to me?!"

"What? Really?!" Mia turned around to look and spotted Rubert, she smiled and dashed towards him, leaving a few words, "I'll be back in a bit!"

Charlotte turned towards Azure and Lucian, "let's talk somewhere quiet"

Azure and Lucian agreed.

But Lucian brows were wrinkled as he walked out of the house, 'what about selecting whose costume is best and whose is bad...'

Azure also had a frown on his face, only Charlotte smiled and hummed as she walked.

The road was not bustling with people but a few wandered around the road, trick or treating.

Lucian lifted his hand and snapped his fingers.

A purple fog covered the three.

When the fog disappeared, the few humans also disappeared.

"wow!" Charlotte exclaimed, her eyes sparkled with amazement.

Azure's eyes also held amazement.

Lucian glanced at Azure, "her being impressed is okay but you too?"

"Senior, i have never seen anyone do it so fast like this and also you didn't chant or anything, you just snapped your fingers and made a mirror world!" Azure was excited and kept blabbering.

Charlotte listened to him attentively and the more she listened, the more her eyes sparkled, her excitement and amazement could be seen by naked eyes.

Lucian was baffled, 'i got stuck with 2 kids?!'

"Mirror world?" Charlotte asked curiously
But no one explained to her.

"How can you see us?" Lucian asked Charlotte, she was taken aback, "am I supposed to be unable to see you two?"

She assumed that she could see them because they did something but that doesn't seem to be the case.

she remembered her friend's reaction.

A hint of doubt glinted in her eyes, she clenched her dress in an attempt to calm down.

Azure chimed in and started to pour out words to help Charlotte, "this girl was once troubled by a shadow demon and I helped her, it was weird that a shadow demon targeted her in the middle of the day but it isn't that rare."

"Stop." Lucian only said one word.

Azure shut his mouth, Charlotte stood still, trying to lower her presence, she sensed something was amiss.
