Chapter 4: Never Trust A Snake

We see the falcon landing on a landline, scaring off a group of birds before turning around. "Wake up Zane," the falcon said, "I know where you come from." This is revealed to be a dream as Zane wakes up by hitting his head on the top bunk of the bed, gasping. Zane gets out of bed and looks out of the window before heading to the bridge. "The hunt starts early today," Zane says to Wu, Nya and Ophelia. "A watchful eye never sleeps," Wu said. "As long as Lloyd and the serpentine roam freely, no one in Ninjago is safe," Nya said. "Where are the others?" Zane asked. "Training on the upper deck," Ophelia explained with a smile. Zane then goes onto the upper deck and sees the falcon. "You were in my dream, little friend. Last time I saw you it led me to good fortune. For what reason have you returned?" he asks as the falcon flies off, Zane unaware that a shadow is sneaking up on him but soon realises. "Lord Garmadon!" he exclaimed, "But you were banished!" "Only to return for the weapons of spinjitzu," Garmadon stated, "Soon I shall remake Ninjago in my own image. Now, give me your shurikens of ice," he says, pulling out two katanas and charging at Zane who jumps over him. "You'll have to take them from me!" Zane shouted, "Ninja Go!" Saying this he charges at Garmadon using spinjitzu but he easily grabs Zane and throws him into a pile of junk, causing him to drop his shurikens. Garmadon then cuts a nearby rope, sending a heavy box flying at Zane. But before it can hit him the Green ninja grabs a hold of the box and throws it away, as Ophelia comes out in the Silver ninja gi. "The Green and Silver ninja," Zane gasps in shock, "The legends are true." The Green and Silver ninja then proceed to attack Lord Garmadon the Green ninja showing traits of all four ninja, with his incredible strength, his control over fire and his use of nunchucks. "What is the meaning of this?" Zane exclaims, "Who are you Green ninja?"

Zane then suddenly wakes up, knocking his head against the top bunk showing that it was also a dream. "Oh, sleeping in," Cole said, "You're going to be late for training." "Why did no one awaken me?" Zane questioned. "Didn't think you wanted us to," Kai answers, "You looked like you were having some dream." "How do I know this isn't a dream-," Zane questions before being hit with a pillow by Cole. "Does that feel like a dream?" Cole asks, smirking. "No. Thank you for your help," Zane says, causing the other ninja to laugh as they head to the deck. "Good morning students," Wu says with a smile, "Ophelia will be taking the lesson this morning to continue her Sensei training." Looking around at his students he adds, "I expect you to treat her with the same respect you give me." Saying this he walked off to stand in the corner of the deck.

"Hehe. Little slow today, huh?" Kai asks Zane who is walking more slowly today than usual. "What exactly did you dream about?" Cole questions. "I saw the Falcon again," Zane explains. "Woah. Zane, every time you see that bird, something big happens," Jay exclaims, "First it led you to Lloyd's secret treehouse." "Then it led you to the Bounty," Cole continued. "Alright," Ophelia says, bringing the ninja's attention to her, "Stretches. First, the swooping crane." She then faces away from the ninja to demonstrate the stretch. "This time it showed me the green ninja," Zane whispered. "The green ninja!" Jay, Cole and Kai exclaimed, getting into different positions. Hearing this, Ophelia turns around. "That looks like the shocked monkey," Ophelia says to Jay, Cole and Kai, "Bad form, more focus," she says, turning around again. "You can't just drop a bomb like that. Spill the beans," Jay whispers to Zane, as Wu shakes his head in disappointment in the background. "Zane, what else did you see?" Kai questions quietly, though Ophelia can hear them and isn't happy with their talking. "He and the Silver Ninja were fighting Lord Garmadon," Zane explains. "That's what the prophecy said," Kai whispered, "But did you have a chance to see which one of us it was?" he asked. "Yeah?" "Did you see?" Cole and Jay ask simultaneously. "I could not tell," Zane whispers, "He shared attributes each of us possess." "Now, Pinching Crab," Ophelia said, getting slightly annoyed with the ninja as she and the ninja changed pose. "Well tell us everything. And don't spare any details. There has to be a clue which one of us is the green nin- Ow!" he exclaimed as Ophelia whacked him with a bamboo staff.
