Urayne POV:

Sigh...it's kind of boring...I mean, I get that Arthur's missed his family after all these years but...he's not doing anything interesting!! Arthur's really dialed back on the training, since he can already take on white core mages like Bairon Wykes without issue.

At this point, I might as well teleport to see what that Jasmine girl is up to.

"Yo boss, I'm bored! I want to go exploring!" I send a mental message to my bond, Arthur.

"Uh, ok! But where are you going?" Arthur replies, while taking his shirt off in the middle of yet another grueling shopping trip.

"I'm gonna go find Jasmine! I think she's somewhere in the Beast Glades!"

"Wait, how do you know that?"

"Remember when I helped you awaken Jasmine's fire affinity? Whenever I'm involved like that, a bit of my mana is left over in that person. So I can track and teleport to Tessia as well, but that's harder because of the fog in the Elven forest."

"I see...but will you be alright without me?"

"Of course! I'm a legendary Pokemon after all!"

"A...what? I don't know what a pocket mon is, but to be honest, you don't look very legendary to me, Urayne."

"Ouch, boss! Let me tell you, back in my home world, when I was at my most powerful, the gamma radiation leaking from me would easily wipe out multiple cities!"

"Uh, right...then how did you end up here?"

"Well, I can't remember. I think someone moved me here on purpose somehow. I have a feeling you might know that person..."

"...whatever, go have fun and abandon me to my suffering of getting dressed up by my sister! Anyways, can you teleport back to me if you're in trouble?"

"Yes!"

"Ok, see you!"

I teleport, and find myself inside Jasmine's core.

Oh, how interesting, what a cool-looking mana beast.

3rd Person POV:

"Oh, it's you! The Twin Horns!"

As it turns out, the Twin Horns, who were traveling through the Beast Glades nearby, heard the tremors and rushed over to investigate.

"Everyone, boss battle formation! Durden, sink it into the ground!" Helen yells out orders to her team.

Durden slams a large shield onto the ground, causing it to crack towards the Gudon. The earth under the Gudon shatters, and its legs sink downwards, immobilizing it.

Helen and Angela, being the ranged attackers on their team, get behind Durden and his shield for cover. Jasmine and Adam get into position on the right and left wings.
