"I thought that y'all were already in a relationship." Tony says

"No, not yet. I'm trying to make tonight the night."

"She's going to say yes. You got it."

*8:30*

"Why you so nervous?" Fatima asked

"I'm not"

"You are, don't lie to me."

"I'm just in the moment right now. I'm enjoying it."

"Oh okay, I thought that something else had happened."

"Nah, it's all about us tonight."

"It's starting to feel like our first date a little."

"We laughed the entire time. It was a little ghetto too."

"That was my favorite one. I think that's when you started to see the real me. Good conversation, good music, good food."

"I shared a lot with you. We have similar backgrounds, especially the stories about our parents. We talked about our career path, past relationships, and everything else. I think that's where we both opened up."

"I agree. You know me and I'm opening up more than ever. I'm comfortable with you."

"How comfortable?"

"What do you mean?"

"How comfortable are you?"

"You're nervous about something, just tell me. Is it us?"

"No, I'm not nervous. Nothings going on with us."

"Mm, okay"

They finally made it to the restaurant. They were seated.

"This is a really nice restaurant. Never been here before" She says

"Me neither, but I've heard great things about it."

The waiter walked up. "Hi, my name is Heather and I'll be your waitress today. Can I get you guys started with any drinks?"

"I'll take a Strawberry lemonade" Fatima says

"Regular lemonade for me."

"Okay, coming right up." She walked away.

"I want to come on your side of the booth."

"I'll come on your side. I don't want you sitting on the outside." He got up and moved. "You see anything you want on the menu?"

"Seafood Alfredo. What you about to get?"

"Steak and roasted potatoes. I already know that you're going to eat my food."

"I always do. It just tastes better"

They ended up ordering their food and enjoying dinner. They ordered desert, but they didn't eat it. They ended up taking it to go.

He opened the door for her and got in the car. When he started driving, she realized that they were going the opposite way of their house.

"Where are we going?" Fatima asked

"Don't worry about it."

"Zachary"

"You said that you're comfortable. Allow me to take your hand and lead you."

"Okay, I'll relax."

They drove 7 miles to a hotel. "Now, we're here." They got out of the car and checked in.
