CHAPTER 10: AKASH

Siddharth's POV:

When I saw Pallavi's name on the winner's list I was shocked, then I started to search for her on the monitor, but I didn't see any girl wearing a traditional dress, so I thought that this may be another girl but when I announced the winner, I saw Pallavi's team on the stage, there were Pallavi, Nandini, and other two people.

I was surprised to see Pallavi in a Western outfit, I never saw Pallavi wearing jeans and a t-shirt, and she looks damn hot in this outfit and those spectacles of hers.

She won the Hackathon, which means she will be working in Guptha Technologies, so I can meet her.

I was busy these days with the new project that we're starting in India. That's the reason I didn't message her, I wanted to spend time with her again, so I was working on this project.

I know that Pallavi is angry about Aasha, I wanted to talk to her about this but I know she was not ready to hear about that, so I remained silent.

After the Hackathon, I tried to contact her phone, and when someone lifted the phone, "Hello, Siddharth, I'm Nandini, Pallu is talking with other people right now, I will tell her to call you later," she said, and hung up.

It's okay Sid you are going to meet her in a month, I can clarify everything then.

At dinner, "I heard that Pallavi won the Hackathon, and is going to work in our company," Dad said, "Yes I nodded my head, "Annayya, you know what, we all saw the live show, and Vadina looks super cool," Kavya said. "Hmm," I nodded.

After dinner, we all sat in the living room, "Annayya, Vadina is upset about Aasha," Kavya said. "Yes, Aasha chaala over ga behave chesindi," Rohan added, "It's okay, the past is past, just talk to Pallavi and everything will be alright," Mom said, "When are you leaving for India,?" Dad asked. "Day after tomorrow Dad," I said.

The next morning, Mom called me in her room, "Sid, this is the cheque for the trust, I forgot to give them, now you're going to India so give this cheque to the trust," She said. "Okay," I said.

That night, Jack and I went to the Bar, sometimes we used to spend our weekends in the bar, "Aren't you happy that you're going to see Pallavi, she will be surprised to see your tattoo," he said, Yes I got a tattoo of her name on my upper back.

"But, I also think that you should have explained Pallavi about Aasha after coming back," he said, I took a sip of my drink and remained silent.

Yeah what he said was right, but I want to explain everything face to face, not on the phone, so I didn't call her after coming back.

I took this project only because of Pallavi when I got the proposal for this project, I was not interested in it, but when I came to know that it was from India, I said okay, I thought I could be near Pallavi.

It had been a week since I came back to India, I hadn't met Pallavi till now due to work.

Pallavi's POV:

In college, I was busy preparing for the fest, which was going to be held in a few days.

It's been more than a week since the Hackathon, Kavya, and Rohan congratulated me, but I didn't receive any message from Siddharth.

In the afternoon, we were having lunch when someone came, and "Pallavi, Principal wants to see you in his office," he said, "But why?" I asked, "Don't know," he said.

I went to the principal's office, and there were already some people and Dheeraj. Dheeraj is my co-host in the fest, so I understood that the principal called me regarding the fest.
