The real strategists were livid to all sides that had failed. The extraction team, the contigency team, the Jedi, the clones, the Autobots, and probably one another.

It came back in the most shocking news that Asajj Ventress had been captured while trying to retrieve Nute Gunray alongside a Senate Commando Captain who was helping them.

All of them.

Palpatine couldn't believe it, but he wasn't surprised at who it was. It's how they were able to.

Instead of a chase out in the darkness of space, one of them was latched onto the outside of the ship already and grasped onto the ship and took it back inside, a battle presumed that ended with Autobot Bumblebee halting all bodily functions, but still alive though.

Stingers.

Some of the many devices not disclosed to him or anyone for that matter. Being told they wanted to keep some of their abilities under wraps.

Sithspit. Like he was going to let them. Their actions with this put a dent into something important meant to happen. Now, as the trusted face of the Republic, he has to hold both him and her accountable for their actions. He can only help for one of them, being the slimy Neimoidian out of much harsher punishment. His replacement will be such a liability to deal with as he didn't want them to deal with a crisis right now because right now was not the right time.

He is now going to schedule a meeting with the Autobot leader and some of his companions to try to get them far away of doing any trouble with his galaxy and find out more about them being out in the battlefield and to disclose everything to them. Their abilities, their capabilities, capacities, their counterparts, and concerns.

He might not get it all today, but he's sure he's going to get it all, and for return, he can give them the things they need. He already went by his word to start the process now for the Rescue Bots-in-training to get their training here. If he just keeps giving it, then they'll keep giving more. He knows that would happen. They seem too honorable to ignore because it's their own homeworld on the line.

---------------------------------------------------------

For the past couple of standard weeks, the Autobot volunteers have done their bidding alongside the 501st as they've participated in missions that have allowed them to show off their capabilities.

For the enemy, it's been entire waves of Corellian hell dealing with the Autobots or even trying to stand up against them. Their might, power, and experience have been making it impossible for any CIS goal to succeed, even the ones as simple as holding an insignificant point.

...

In the Outer Rim...

A contigency of clones board a vessel through boarding ships on multiple Munificent-class Frigates, and they gain a bit of a foot head but are struggling against waves of B2's until a single being comes out of another ship that's landed.

"Hello, people." Cliffjumper says, swinging down from inside the ship alongside Mirage, who appeared behind them.

"Here, I am." He fires an EMP blast from his weapon, and it takes them all down in surprise.

Now they have the upper hand, and the ship is taken over with at least no casualties in a matter of less than a standard hour.

....

Bluestreak and Hound on Murkhana applies more defensive protection for the contigency of 501st clones they're partnered with.

"Bring it on." Hound says to the Droids, trying to lay siege. They were the scout class outside meant to see what they were doing but decided to take other matters into their own hands.
