F1 NEWS: Alpine Team Principal Otmar Szafnauer implies Jaguar F1 Racing may have broken the Listed Parts regulation with their rear wing upgrades first used in the Austria GP, as Jaguar reaches a 40+ points difference over Alpine in the Constructor's championship. FIA and Jaguar refute the claims, as the cars were randomly inspected before and after the race. - @F1TeaTime

10TH RACE WEEKEND OF THE SEASON TOMORROW
JULY
Logan looks uncomfortable as we walk around the silver-themed Audi showroom. I get it, I've asked him to come and help me, after not making enough of an effort to be his friend before. Hell, when we were in F2, I stuck to a different social circle compared to him. But I want to try, I want him to feel less left out.
"You wanted a two-door, right?" He asks me, as he bends diagonally over a white Audi TT's front, inspecting the inside of the car through the windscreen. "But not this small?"
"Yeah. I'm not the biggest fan of how small they are." I'm stood nearby, but not too close. I want him to feel comfortable enough to take the lead on this. I told him what cars I like, and that should be enough. He knows I'd go for an R8 if I could, but that I'm fussy on colour, since this will be my new main car. My little Focus will become a spare runaround from now on, like how Max holds onto his Clio out of sentimental reasons.
"You sure you don't wanna go straight for the R8s then?"
"No, I think we should take a good look at what's here, because yeah, I like it, but what if I'm wrong and there's a better car around?"
Logan nods at my words, standing up straight and walking back towards me. "Then how about we check out some of those."
My eyes follow his pointed finger, to our right, where a few more sports models are parked up, looking as though they're fresh off the production line. "Sure."
I follow him over to them; Logan goes straight for a red one that's noticeably larger than the TT, once again inspecting the inside through the tinted windows, muttering to himself before frowning and shaking his head as he heads over to a black model that's a four-door vehicle, longer but in no way less sleek. He frowns at it after only a few seconds before coming back to me.
"Want my honest opinion?" He asks as he reaches me, glancing over at the TT that we left behind.
"That's why I asked you to come with me."
"The R8 and e-tron are your best and pretty much only options if you're dead set on an Audi."
"What would you suggest that isn't an Audi?"
"Not an M3 from BMW: you won't like the grill, but the M8 isn't bad. The Lotus Emira is a good choice too..." He acts like he's counting each one off with his fingers as his eyes go unfocused. "...The Nissan Z is in your budget, but you might not like the interior... The CLZ isn't out yet but you said you want something that won't stand out too much.. Really, I think you should go for a test drive with the R8 and take it to a shop to get it customised the way you want it."
I quickly note down the makes and models he's mentioned on the notes app in my phone. If I don't get on with what I have assumed is my dream car, I can always check out the ones he's suggested. Or maybe, if I ever have the money for another car, one I could use for events, I could pick a high-end version of one of them.
"Any others that might work?"
"None off the top of my head." He says, shaking his head as he turns to me, showing the faintest of smiles. I take that for the victory it is. "Come on, let's go take a test drive."
