You Were Going To Do That

     Logan was waiting. He was waiting for Brianna to come out of the OR. She was shot last night and Logan was worried if she was going to make it or not. He was shaking and almost sweating. He really did love Brianna with all his heart. He wanted to do something very special, but he couldn't because someone shot her before he could.

     A nurse came out and she had a smile on her face. Logan instantly, got up and raced towards the nurse. "Is she OK?" Logan asked. The nurse said, "Sir calm down, Brianna is stable and are you Logan?" "Yes." Logan answered. He was a little worried on what she might say. "Brianna requested to see you." The nurse said as she motioned for Logan to follow her to Brianna's room. As they were walking to her room, Logan couldn't believe someone would do such a thing to her. Then, he thought about Avery. Was she the one who shot both of them? He didn't know or he could answer.

     Logan was now outside Brianna's hospital room. He didn't want to see her in this place again. As he stepped closer to her bed, the more he didn't want to see her in the hospital bed again. Once Logan saw Brianna, he wanted to just to get her out of this place and never come back. Brianna opened her eyes and said, "Logan." Logan came close to Brianna and held her hand. "Yes?" Logan asked as he looked at Brianna in the eyes. "What were you going to do last night, before I got shot?" Brianna asked. Logan waited a few seconds before he could speak. It was hard for him to find the right words to say that he was going to propose to her. "I was going to propose to you last night." Logan whispered softly. "What?" Brianna questioned. "Brianna, from when I first saw you running down the halls at school, I never thought I would be here right by your side. Even to the time Avery beat you up, I was there. I felt like I didn't want to leave your side. I just thought you were the most amazing person I've ever seen. When I first saw you, I started to have feelings for you and now I know that you are the one that I have been searching for all my life. Brianna, will you marry me?" Logan pulled out a beautiful blue engagement ring. Brianna was crying because of what Logan said and has done the past year. "Yes!" Brianna screamed in joy. Logan got up and put the ring on her finger. Brianna kissed him.

     After a few hours of talking about what the wedding would be like, Brianna started to feel sleepy. She yawned and Logan said, "Go ahead to sleep sweetie, I'll be here when u wake up tomorrow." Brianna smiled and went to bed thinking about what the future might hold for her and Logan.

~*~ Skipping to the day before the Wedding~*~

     It was the day before the wedding. Brianna and Logan didn't want any bridesmaids or best men because they didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings. They were both scared, but they loved each other that they pushed the thought away to the back of their minds. Brianna was laying on her bed looking at her dress. She hoped that nothing would go wrong during the wedding because one their first date Logan had gotten shot, then right before he could propose to Brianna, she had gotten shot. Brianna didn't know who or what it was, but she had a feeling it was Avery.

     Brianna was lost in her thoughts and didn't hear her two best friends Megan and Valeria. They met each other at the park one day and they've been friends ever since. "Hey Brianna! Guess what!" Megan shouted. She seemed to be super excited about something. "What is it Meg?" Brianna questioned. " I got a boyfriend!" Megan shouted so loud that it hurt Brianna and Valeria's ears really bad. "Calm down Meg, what is his name anyway?" Valeria questioned. "His name is Carlos and he is just the sweetest guy in the world." Megan said while twirling on her foot and landed on Brianna's bed. "Anyways, are you excited to be Mrs. Henderson?" Valeria asked. "Yes and I'm scared." Brianna replied. "Why are you scared?" Valeria asked. "I guess, um, I don't know. I just am!" Brianna laughed. "Don't be scared girl, Logan loves you and you know it because he wouldn't have been with you in the hospital." Val said. Brianna replied, "Make two times because the first time, I got beat up and the second time was before he could propose to me." "Wow, and he was there both times?" Megan questioned. Brianna nodded her head and smiled at the fact that she was going to be Mrs. Henderson tomorrow. "Logan set up everything for the wedding so I would be so stressed out with it." Brianna said. "That was nice of him and you have dance like, everyday, but Saturday and Sunday?" Val asked. "Yelp." Brianna laughed. For the rest of the day, Brianna, Valeria, and Megan talked about what might be in the wedding.
