I walk out of the office while holding the door for the lady and her son who was walking in. It has been about 2 weeks since me and Janays talk and I decided to take her up on her therapy suggestion.
I have only been three times so far but my therapist, mrs. jones, has helped me realize so much already. I have still been working out a lot, but it has been every other day instead of everyday.
What my dad said is still weighing heavily on my mind, and I honestly Think it will for a while, but I am working on it. My thoughts were cut off by my phone vibrating. I looked down and seen it was the family group chat and mentally rolled my eyes.
