Y/n was walking to her next class with her Air Pods in listening to her favorite song, Glimpse of Us by Joji, it reminded her of her "relationship" with Cole Walter. Her ex-boyfriend and her new relationship.

Because sometimes when she was with her new boyfriend, Liam, she would be thinking about Cole and their relationship. Especially when she heard the lyrics " Cause sometimes I look in her eyes, and that's where I find a glimpse of us, and I try to fall for her touch, but I'm thinking of the way it was, Said, "I'm fine" and said, "I moved on." I'm only here passing time in her arms; Hoping I'll find a glimpse of us." The only thing is Cole is a boy, not a girl, obviously.

Y/n listened to her music until she felt a tug on her arm and a muffled voice. You pulled your AirPods out and placed them back into their holder only to be bought face to face with Liam, your boyfriend.

"Hey," he greeted, "Hey," Y/n breathed out slowing down for him, "So, Dylan has a lake house..." Liam trailed off and Y/n immediately knew where he was going with this, "Yeah... No."

"What? Why not?" he asked, "You guys have made me late to so many classes already, I don't need more," Y/n said shaking her head in disagreement, "Fine," Liam breathed out walking away, "I'll see you later?" receiving a nod in response from the girl.

Y/n continued walking towards the doors until she heard her name being called, "Yo, Sunshine, wait up," she already knew the sound of that voice and did not want to turn around, so she kept walking until he said, "Can't really run on this leg yet," feeling bad for him she turned around and asked, "Are you okay?"

"I'm fine... Are you okay?"

"I'm... fine," Y/n hesitated, "You keeping secrets from me, Sunshine?" he asked not believing her and using the old nickname he came up with when they were dating, Y/n rolled your eyes clearly unamused, "I thought we agreed you'd stop calling me that after you broke up with me," Y/n replied with an annoyed tone, ignoring his previous question, "It just sticks, I can't help it,"

"What do you want Cole?" Y/n asked not wanting to see his face or talk to him, "You wanna get out of here?" he asked, "With you? Absolutely not." "C'mon Y/n don't be like that, ... look Dylan has a lake house,"

"So, I've heard," Y/n muttered.

"It would involve cutting class-," Before he could continue you spoke "Yeah, I'm not doing that," Y/n cut him off, "Well I'm going and you kind of look like you're having one of those days where you just need to escape, I mean c'mon you look exhausted and bored as hell,"

"I gotta go," Y/n excused trying to get away from him, "Come on, it's one afternoon," Cole pleaded, "Plus you're going to catch up, you're you, you just need a day to relax for once, take your mind off things," Y/n sighed looking around to see Paige and Ruby laughing, Y/n sighed once again before answering, "Ugh, fine, let's go before I change my mind," Y/n groaned making Cole smirk at the fact that you actually agreed to go.

Y/n sat in Cole's car as he drove to Dylan's lake house with Danny as well. She didn't mind Danny coming in fact she was grateful that he joined them because she didn't want to sit in a car with Cole trying to talk and or flirt with her.

Once they arrived Y/n immediately opened the door and exited the car and saw Erin, her best friend, along with Olivia and Rudy, they weren't as close as they used to be, but they were all pretty close. They had been best friends for as long as they could remember.
