Olly and Lola spent the rest of their lives together. They had 3 kids, Darby, Michael and Justin. They had 4 grand children; Katie, Jon, Louise and Darren.
Olly retired at the age of 60 and was due to go back for a back on the road tour... His last ever one. Lola retired at 70 but still had an odd singer coming round.
They grew old together just as Lola had wished for all them years ago and they couldn't have been happier... And who did they have to thank for all this? Katie in fact on their 50th wedding anniversary they got her a card which wrote....
'Hey Katie, been 50 years of Mr and Mrs Murs, and who do we have to thank for it all? You!! You got us back in contact and for that we are truly great full. Much love and appreciation Olly and Lola xx'
