" You ride? " I ask and admire the large motorcycle before me. Its face is intimidating: promising a certain death if you aren't careful.
" Yeah. Riding is my life, " he explains and hands me a helmet. I glance between it and him.
" Where's yours? "
He swings his leg over the body of the bike, forcing him to spread his legs, and that was overly sexy.
" I don't have a backpack to keep an extra. "
I frown and turn the helmet so that it's front face me. Black suits him.
" A...backpack? "
He nods and starts the engine. I gasp when it roars to life, growling its presence.
" A slang for riders. It's a person who doesn't ride the bike but joins the rider. "
I oh.
" Put it on, baby. "
My heart reacts carelessly to his pet name. Burning. I'm hot. I bite the inside of my cheek as I slowly slide the helmet over my head, unreasonably shy and awkward throughout the process. Blake's chuckle made my heart skip a beat.
" You look sexy. " his voice is smokey and low.
My heart leaps, beating anxiously when he offers his hand.
" Come, " he whispers in a sultry tone.
I swallow and take his hand, not surprised at how intimate I find this. Making my way behind him, I swing my leg over the body of his bike and flush when I'm forced to spread my legs. My gasp shudders when he hooks his hands in the curve of my knees and pulls me flush against him. My heart, oh my heart. I only watch as he takes my hands and wraps them around him. My lips part.
" Hold tight, baby. I don't want you falling off. "
I tighten my hold.
Excitement beats inside me when he starts to move forward and soon, we're speeding. Even if this could kill me, I'm so free. I want to do this forever.
