Under attack

Asher's pov

I squeezed her neck so hard her face started turning blue.

I let go and she start taking in deep breaths.

She is so fucking annoying.

Finally she starts laughing.

"Why didn't you kill me?" She asks staring into my eyes.

"I don't want to kill you by choking you, if then by a knife but that would ruin my car and your not worth ruining my car" I say all in one breath.

She stays silent. I glance at her. She was smiling. Why is she fucking smiling? She is so fucking gorgeous she is worth ruining a car for. I regret saying that. She makes me weak.

She looked so hot when she shot the 3 men. So powerful it scared me.

I look back at the road. It is now 6:30 pm. I picked her up at 11:00 a.m.

I look at her again. Her side profile makes me weak. Sharp jawline, you could probably get cut if you touched it. Her dark long natural lashes. Her perfect button nose. And those lips, those lips probably as soft as pillows, it takes everything in me not to kiss her right here right now.

We drive into her drive way. It's a nice house. It complements her very well. It's a perfect size for her.

She gets out closing the door softly.

I watch her walk in. 4 dogs following behind.

One of the dogs was named Sniper. I saw it on the name tag when I gave her a treat. I don't know the other ones though.

I watch as she plays a little with each one and then walks inside, letting each dog inside after her. She closes the door. I turn my car on and drive off.

Once I get home Zeus runs up to me. I walk into the kitchen and give each dog a treat but I noticed that someone or something was in this cupboard. Whatever. I walk to the gun drawer and see my rifle gone but then I remembered seeing Aylin use it to shoot the intruders.

My mind is so fucked I have to go get some sleep.

Beep beep beep.

My alarm rang.

5:30 am time to work.

I walk into my gym. After my workout I get into the shower but I get a call from Mason.

"What?" I answer.

"It's Aylin" he says.

"What's with her?" I ask

"Melvin is about to attack her house in 30 minutes" he says. I hang up and get out of the shower. I find some grey sweats and a black shirt and pull the them on. I grab my watch a baseball cap and wear my panda jordans.

I run out and take Apollo and Zeus with me. They jump in the back off the car and we speed down the high way.

I call Javen

"What do you want?" He says answering the phone.

"Get your fucking ass to Aylin's house and be loaded." I say and hang up.

I pull into her drive way. I look down at my smart watch 6:30. Good time for shooting down a house.

I walk over to the house door. I see all her dogs standing in the front barking.

I try the door but it doesn't open. Suddenly I see Sniper run towards me. How the hell did she get out. She ran back and I followed her.

She lead me to a staircase that leads up to a room. I run up the stairs and open the balcony door.

I look at her bed and see her sleeping peacefully. Suddenly her alarm starts ringing. It scared the shit out of me. I snap my head back at the alarm.

She starts stretching. She gets up and walks into her bathroom. She didn't even notice that I'm there.

I hear the shower turn on. Fuck we don't have time for a fucking shower.

She walks back out and walks into her closet grab some white sweats and a black shirt. She turns around to walk back into the bathroom but that's when she sees me.

She yells.

I chuckle.

"Suprise" I say.

"Get the fuck out. How did you even get in"

"Sniper" I say.

"Why are you here?" She asks more calmly.

"Change there is no time for showering. Melvin is about to shoot down your house so get up and be ready. He is about to be here."

She nods and walks back into the bathroom. She comes out all calm. Why the fuck is she calm this is no time to be calm.

"Relax around the whole yard there are snipers. They step and die. Surprised you didn't."

I look at her confused.

She sits down at her vanity and starts applying makeup. All happy.

When she's finished she pulls on white air forces and puts on her white apple watch.

"Want a coffee?" She asks walking down the stairs.

"Yes" I day and go on my phone. She doesn't say anything but I feel her eyes on me. I look up and she's giving me ' are you fucking serious' face.

"Yes please" I say.

"Is it that hard?"

"Yes" I answer her.

We walk into the kitchen.

"Oh Apollo and Zeus are here" she says.

"Did those poor things even eat?" She asks but I choose not to respond.

"Apollo Zeus" she calls and they follow her.

"Here you go" she says pouring some food into 2 extra trays.

"Rambo, Sniper, Chief, Fang, come eat" she calls out and 4 dogs run around the corner.

So those are their names. Pretty sick names.

Apollo and Zeus make eye contact with the rest of them but the 4 of them went back to eating.

"2 males, 2 females?" I ask.

"Yep, Rambo and Chief are male and Sniper and Fang are females."

"What breeds?" I ask making small talk.

"Rambo is a Great Dane such a cutie, Chief is a King Corso, Fang is a Akita and Sniper is a Doberman Pinscher"

Suddenly we here a gun shot.

We make eye contact and she runs into a room which I'm guessing is the pantry and comes out with 2 rifles. She throws it to me.

She opens a drawer and clicks a red button. 4 screen lower from the roof.

I decide not to ask questions. I grab my phone and call Javen.

"What?"

"Don't come they're gone" I say and hang up.
