She pinched at her fat
Oh what a sinner
Food was the devil
She had to be thinner
She took one last bite
With tears in her eyes
And no one had heard her
Her pleading, her cries
Fingers down throat
She knelt by the toilet
She was going so well
But she ate, she spoiled it
Quickly but painfully
She threw up her food
Stomach lining and acid
A bit of blood too
Ana and Mia
Always her friends
But ED's aren't lifestyles
Or fashions or trends
It took over her life
With endless nights crying
But at least she'll be skinny
Or she can die trying.
