Should they ask you: How are we gonna make this 'official'? Like printing necessary documents for it?
Tell them or not: It has many solutions. For an instance, we can install machines that will enable you to type (field name) and then scale up and down till it reaches a line, and simply print it.
The papers are based on the individual beliefs and is completely subjective. However, it is a good way to show your experiences when your employer needs it. And if he asks for any proofs, im sure you were honest with your paper. Best of luck to ya.
