<Y/N's POV>
I only have 2 more days until the happiest moment of my life; seeing my brother again after so long. Of course, I've just been through the roughest patch of my life. You see, I lost my mom about 3 years ago.
After she left us, my dad became abusive towards me. (A/N: Serious talk, if you have any abusive parents or anything like that, get help. It could be from anyone like a favorite teacher or even a friend's parent. Just please get help. Things will get better.💘) My brother, Simon, didn't get abused and my dad would wait until Simon was gone to do anything. Simon never knew. He was always my best friend. I felt so guilty for not saying anything to the person I was closest to.
Simon started doing YouTube shortly after mom died. He was definitely happier. He gained popularity and friends quickly. He eventually made enough money to move out with his new group called the Sidemen when he was old enough to move out. (A/N: I don't know when the legal age is to move out is in England and I'm too lazy to look it up so it's 18!)
He left me. I had no one else. My dad got worse after he left because he could have no one else in the house. I was so broken; physically and emotionally.
2 years.
2 years of torture.
2 years of pain.
2 years of betrayal.
I was so depressed. I never harmed myself. I knew Simon would disapprove.
I waited until my 18th birthday to do anything. I couldn't go anywhere except for school because my dad wouldn't allow it.
I finally messaged him a few days ago, on my 18th birthday. I asked him if I could visit him for a while because I haven't seen him since he left. He agreed.
I am ecstatic to see him. Being separated from him has taken a big toll on me. I'm not the same person anymore.

<Simon's POV>
Today is the day! The day that I see my sister. I want to ask (Y/N) to move in with the guys and I but I have no idea if she wants to. She seemed to be happy at home. Dad was always nice to us. Occasionally drunk, but nice. When I left, I felt bad for leaving her. I was (Y/N)'s best and only friend. I can't imagine what she looks like now. I bet she is beyond beautiful. I hope (Y/N) grows up to be as strong and beautiful as mom.
I gathered the other sidemen and we drove the the airport.

<Y/N's POV>
I didn't bother putting on pounds of makeup and concealer because I wouldn't be seeing my dad ever again so everyone could find out about his abuse and it was my brother and I want him to see the truth. I walked out of the airport terminal to see my brother standing with 6 other guys. Our eyes met and I could see a bit of sadness flicker over his eyes before his jaw dropped as he walked over to me. "(Y/N)! It's been so long." He engulfed me in a hug. "I missed you so much! How have you been?" "I've been better. I missed you so much Si." I sheepishly mumbled into his shirt.
<Simon's POV>
When I saw (Y/N), my jaw dropped. I felt a small wave of sadness wash over me at her appearance. She had bruises and marks on her neck area. I was scared to see what else had happened to her. I was most worried to find out who it would be. Abusive boyfriend? Bully at school? I had no idea. It could be anyone. I decided not to talk about it here. I was still happy to see her. "(Y/N)! It's been so long!" I hugged her tightly. "I've missed you so much! How have you been?" I knew that whatever would be coming out of her mouth would be a lie. "I've been better. I missed you so much Si." She mumbled into my shirt.
I started walking to the car so we could go back to the 'Sidemen HQ' as we liked to call it. I drove and the guys let (Y/N) sit in the front with me.

<Y/N's POV>
Simon decided that he should introduce me to the rest of the guys.
Josh was the tall one with the posh accent.
Tobi was the black guy who wears the snapbacks.
Ethan was the dude with an amazing laugh.
JJ was the black man with the rape face. (🌚👏🏼👏🏼)
Harry is the boy who is always screaming and throwing chairs.
Vikk is the short Indian guy with the cutest giggle ever.
After the short introductions, Si took me into a small room to the left of the stairs. He explained that this is the office that no one uses. After the small explanation of the room, he started questioning me on the bruises and marks on my neck. "Where did you get those, (Y/N)? Who did this? Why didn't you say anything? Was this happening while I was still at the house?" I started feeling my eyes water and I slowly slid down the wall and sat on the floor. I answered the questions. "I got them from a person. Dad did it. I didn't say anything because he threatened to do worse. Yes, it was still happening while you were at the house." I started taking deep breaths while he looked at me. I avoided eye contact so I wouldn't see the hurt, confusion, and guilt twisted in his eyes. I started to sob more and more as the silence went on.
<Simon's POV>
The answer to the last question really hit me. I felt so lost and oblivious. I felt so guilty.
How could dad do this to her? She's broken!
I had no idea what to do so I slid down next to her and pulled her into my lap and hugged her. Her sobs grew into gentle weeps. I started to pick her up and I carried her up into my room. She probably would feel better sleeping with me tonight. (not in that way pervs😂) After I set her down, I went back downstairs to talk to the guys. When they asked what happened, I explained everything; from my twisted father to my sister's bruises. They all were shocked. They all comforted me and they suggested I send someone up to cheer her up.
JJ will startle her. Josh is too creepy at first. Harry is too loud. Ethan isn't the most emotional person. (This probably isn't true but HEY stories aren't always 100% true.) Tobi might be able to go up but Vikk was the only candidate in my mind who could do the job properly. I asked if he could go up there and comfort her and he agreed. I would have been surprised if he hadn't because he's always willing to help other people out.
<Vikk's POV>
Simon asked me to go up there and comfort (Y/N) and I didn't want to say yes because when I first saw her, she was breathtakingly beautiful and I was so surprised. I started to fall in love with her personality and now she needs help. I need to help her so I said yes even though I'm too nervous to talk to her.
<Time skip to Vikk about to talk to Y/N>
I knock lightly on the door and ask if I could come in. She quietly shifts over to the door to let me in. When she sees it's me, she smiles at me, warmly. I asked her if she was ok and she explained her whole story to me even though I already knew it. I went up to her after she started crying and I hugged her gently and kissed her forehead. I don't know why I did it but she looked up at me and our eyes connected and everything else was lost at that moment. She slowly leaned in and her feathery lips brushed against mine. I kissed back for just a moment. She pulled away and blushed. She put her forehead against mine and giggled and everything felt perfect. I was still hugging her so I awkwardly pulled away and scratched the back of my neck and she laughed at my awkwardness. She then said something that changed my life for the better,"Will you perhaps go on a date with me tonight?"
