"I'm glad to tell you that you can be discharged tomorrow. The doctor ran some tests and there seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary." The nurse said, before promptly leaving the room.

"I'm glad," Hanni's mother smiled, "Are you feeling alright?"

"Never been better," Hanni flexed her bicep, trying to prove how strong she is.

"Well, goodnight honey," Hanni's father told her, before they closed the lights.

Hanni closed her eyes as she entered her dream-state again.

"Pham!" It echoed.

"Pham here!" Hanni raised her hand obliviously, before looking around.

The girls giggled.

"The new girl's cute," The boys from the row behind remarked as a girl raised her fist at them threateningly.

"Oh!" Hanni exclaimed loudly, "You're the girl I saw in the lift! Hyein right?"

The tall girl's smile immediately became a grin. "You remember!"

Hanni giggled.

Hyein proceeded to introduce the other girl beside her. "This is Danielle Marsh, she's an international student, just like you!"

"Nice to meet you," Hanni said kindly.

"Hanni, you can come hang out with us during lunch." Hyein invited.

"Yea come!" Danielle repeated.

"Thank you, I didn't know who I was going to spend lunch with today," Hanni sighed in relief.

The boys now crowded around Hanni's table, "You can come to our table if you want, our treat."

"Ignore them," Hyein held up her hand.

During lunch, as Hanni was approaching Hyein's table, she suddenly felt a tap on her back.

"Hey, new kid," The deep voice said.

Hanni turned around, only to be greeted by the sight of the beautiful school president.

"You can come with me for lunch," She said. Although the intention seemed good-will, Hanni can't help but notice her harsh tone to it.

"Sorry," Hanni politely decline, "Someone's waiting."

The school president sighed, almost disappointedly, as she walked away.

Hanni can't help but to stare at the girl's stature. She noticed her sitting at the corner, sitting alone.

Hanni thought to herself: Should I go there? She seemed lonely.

Just at that moment, Danielle jumped from behind, startling Hanni. "Girl who you looking at-?"

She carefully followed Hanni gaze, before asking, "The school president?"

"She seems so lonely," Hanni commented.

Danielle nodded, "It has its reason. You'll find out sooner or later. She's pretty, but don't fall in love with her."

"Why not?" Hanni questioned.

Danielle just shook her head.

What was it about her to make her unapproachable? She's pretty, tall. Sure, she may be rude and blunt at times, but that shouldn't stop people from liking her. She's attractive afterall.

"What's her name?" Hanni asked.

There was a silent pause before Hanni followed up with a, "To you know, be careful of course."

"Her name is K-"

A sudden surge of energy made Hanni felt like she was getting sapped by lightnight. She jolted up from her bed, once again.

Hanni whispered to herself, "Why can't I know her name?" as she gripped the bed sheet. "Who is she?"
