Saryn had had some rather interesting experiences in the year and a half she'd spent within the confines of the bustling village. However it was not without its difficulties.

One,the academy sucked.Who the hell knew the most prominent village taught such drivel all day, with the only enjoyable aspects being the spars and other shinobi enrichment.

It was almost laughable how feeble most of her classmates were, barring the ones she'd come to know as clan heirs..

Such a thing was unheard of to the Kaguya; So many clans and people in one room, actually getting along. Not only mere kids but even the jonin and above. It was a pleasant surprise.

But more than anything, the girl trained.Hard.

If Saryn wasn't nodding off in yet another tasteless lecture for the day,she was at home or somewhere working on her speed or chakra control...Which brings us to the pale-headed Uzumaki, who was currently standing inverted on a small oak tree.

It had taken some time for her to learn the importance of chakra control, even more so once she'd learned of the Uzumaki vitality, accounting for her quickened healing, resilience and most prominently the large chakra reserves...

It left her with shitty control of said chakra, however.

As if Kami himself could hear her thoughts, she'd slipped from the tree, landing on her face in the soft grass below.

Gathering herself, she straightened her hair and picked herself up in a huff.Damned trees, she scowled at the bark for a moment, eventually shrugging it off as she decided the scrolls that had fallen from her pouch were much more important.

2 hours later...

Saryn was a mess, hair clung to her face along with an array of chakra paper and splotches of various inks. The reason?

Saryn had become smitten with the workings of the paper bombs and the other elements of paper seals.

That, and something in her screamed to explore fuinjutsu:the art of sealing.

It was her mother once told her;To be an Uzumaki without skill in sealing,is almost as bad as being prey without eyes.

The Kaguya had taken it to heart years ago,having vowed to learn such art from her whenever possible.Sadly they hadn't gotten passed how to identify and determine the keys to a seal and its uses;

Anything else she wanted to know would have to be out of her own volition and effort...which brings us to the present.

One of the reasons so few mastered the art was its confusing nature. There was no set way to create a seal. There wasn't even a universal 'seal' language.

With what Saryn knew there were numerous ways of writing seals, such as runic symbols,Kanji...It was torment specially designed for one's brain, but the satisfaction of being that much closer to her roots made the ink, countless hours and chakra exhaustion-worth every second.

She'd spent hours at that training field,a bit of remorsefulness was felt for all the trees she blown apart honing her paper bombs and bone-jutsu.

With a blessing(and her lovely stipend) from the Hokage, she'd been able to source her own supplies and clothing, which lead her to where she stood now.

Her stomach rumbled in anticipation, her mouth salivated as she pushed the cloth over her head.

There she was;the brown-haired daughter of the man that made the godly noodles, she ate them almost every day.The lady smiled at the girl as their eyes met.
