With each passing day,Konoha's appeal to the Kaguya had lessened more and more.

Personally Saryn didn't agree with the way the higher-ups tried to handle herself and the Uchiha's situation, and she knew that the Sharingan wielder didn't exactly avoid the seal atop the side of his neck like herself...However with it being restrained by the likes of Sarutobi's student himself, there was next to nothing the whitehead could do to change the situation outside of treachery...and besides, like the entirety of the village, she herself remained wary of the snake sannin and his aims, which remained to be determined by Saryn.

Of course, she hadn't forgotten the little tidbit he'd dropped about her Kaguya clanmate...That would require some serious looking into on her part.

But after about a week of such a bastardized seal had begun to impede on her chakra control. It was here she learned that the seal had been eating heaps of her own chakra, refilling it instead with the likes of Orochimaru's senjutsu, which explained the difference in power and the subsequent drop in chakra control she'd had.

Jiraiya's seal had done the latter, and Saryn decided that she would rather not have someone else's power in her veins, even if it had been a considerable boost of strength.

So when the opportunity presented itself to the Kaguya she'd wandered into the built-over secret underground of the original Uzumaki compound for the first time, desperate for some insight into to the seals of the two Sannin.

...Which led her before a group of—less than pleased shinobi and elders alike, who'd promptly scooped her up after a certain pair of eyes had spotted her and a clone writing over the seal atop her curse mark.It wasn't Yugao, the woman had been oddly absent following the end of the preliminaries.

"-You would dare utilize the power of that traitor? Such an act is grounds for—" Koharu,Saryn had learned her name from Sarutobi—spoke distastefully, raising her voice at the fourteen year old toward the end.

"If such a seal is affecting my ability to perform, then I will seek to rectify it,the utilization of said seal couldn't be helped,as I just explained." Saryn spoke calmly, opening her platinum eyes to rest on the gaze of Koharu's brown.

"—instead of arguing pointlessly with me,you should focus on what's to come and the fate of the rest of the village...It is after all,the superiors to blame if something befalls the younger generations of shinobi, especially in a controlled environment like the Forest of Death." Saryn paused, eyes sweeping over the figures of this gathering, looking them all in the eye.

"I haven't made practical use of the seal one time, yet you've sent your seal master to enter my compound, cut it off completely and hamper my ability, not because I've proven incapable of ignoring such desires, but simply because it is easier." she switched her gaze to the Sandaime, pinning the man with a hard stare.

"Am I not a trustworthy kunoichi of the village?Am I not apart of this village after the five cycles I've called this place my home? Your village?"

Perhaps Saryn was being immature to the Sandaime with that second one one but as a leader, it was his duty to ensure the well being of the ranks under his command, and as for the past few days,Saryn could barely manage to form her beams of lightning without overpowering the jutsu and had to litter the land with every clone she could muster training to return to the control level she was prior.

As much talking as she did,the Kaguya was aware her words would likely fail to have any real impact to people so high ranking, and a genin ninja certainly carried no weight to their name, regardless of feats and responsibilities...But she'd been uncaring of the outcome here since she'd been promptly thrashed by the likes of Fu in an earlier spar.
