Day Before The Madrid Trip

Time flew by quickly .l still haven't processed yet that we are leaving for Madrid tomorrow but  time to time ,l have to remind myself that it's not a vacation or something ,it's a work trip. I'm a lawyer that's going to represent one of the most of talented football players in the world ,Kylian Mbappe.

Today, my to do list is filled with  a lot of errands that have to be taken of ensuring that everything is in order prior to signing the contract, as we are preparing to head to Madrid to finalize Kylian's transfer to Real Madrid.

I stretch my arms make an effort to sit up ,leaning my back against the headboard .l check the time on my phone, it's 7:15am.
Kylian is not on other side of the bed.He's probably in the gym.l get off the bed and stride to the bathroom.l feel exhausted as hell.

Yesterday ,l came back late from the party.Marie party was so epic.But for some reason ,l think about that woman ,the one l found into that room.l searched for her again at the party just wanted to check ,if she was better but l couldn't find her.l really hope ,she is getting better wherever she is.

I don't take long in the shower.l step out of the bathroom.l walk over to the vanity table and put on moisturiser .Then l walk over to the closet , and dress into some comfortable clothes, running shorts and Kylian's t-shirt.

I head downstairs.l get to the kitchen.A hot coffee to start my day.l walk over to the coffee brewer ,that's when l notice a small note place on the counter.l grab it.

Good Morning ,amour.

I went out.l'm going to have breakfast by Hakimi's place.Then l will head to PSG offices ,l have a meeting with Khelaifi.

I put down the note on the counter.I smile.l love how Kylian sometimes write me hand written notes than a text ,it's so sweet .

My smile quickly disappears when l remember this Real Madrid thing is actually happening.
I've been avoiding to think about this whole transferring for a while but now  ,l'm thinking hard about it.Kylian is going to move to Spain in just matter of a month?l'm going to stay  in Paris?Long distance relationship?Maybe Kylian will just say it's just 1 hour flight away so we can manage?But will it work out though?He will be there meeting new people whilst l'm ..

UGH maybe l'm overthinking this whole thing but Kylian would have said something by now if he has other plans for us.But he hasn't said anything so it means...l don't know what it means.

I grab a mug and pour coffee and try hard to push those thoughts at the back of my head because this is not about me  .It's about Kylian signing for the club ,he always loved since childhood and l'm here thinking about our relationship or what will happen .It doesn't matter  ,now what l have to focus on the transfer.

I sit on the kitchen stool.l sip coffee as I go through my to-do list, I begin by contacting the Real Madrid representatives to double-check the meeting time and location. It is crucial to ensure that we have a clear understanding of where and when the negotiations will take place.

Simultaneously, I reach out to Kylian's agent to discuss any last-minute updates or changes that need to be addressed before we depart for Spain.Kylian's agent is Fayza ,his mother and it was so awkward when we were discussing but we were professional.
The good part of this ,me being his lawyer and his mother his agent is we are mutually ensuring his interests.We want what's best for him. I called Fayza and we had quick conversation, confirming that everything is set,
