"We had to break the first seal before any others," Alastair explains. "Only way to get the dominoes to fall, right?" Horror fills Dean's eyes and his expression changes drastically as he stand in front of his table. "Topple the one at the front of the line." The demon inhales sharply and looks up at the ceiling. "When we win, when we bring on the apocalypse and burn this Earth down, we'll owe it all to you...Dean Winchester." The hunter clenches his jaw and closes his eyes.

"Believe me, son," Alastair continues. "I wouldn't lie about this. It's kind of a religious sort of thing with me."

"No," Dean says quietly after a while. "I don't think you are lying. But even if the demons do win, you won't be there to see it." He turns back to Alastair but the demon is not tied up anymore.

"You should talk to your plumber about the pipes," he says. He brings his fist forward, punching Dean in the face.

After a long time of punching, Dean's face is bloody. Alastair has that killer look in his eyes. The wounded hunter falls to the floor, but the demon locks his hand around his neck. He brings him up and pushes him against the devil's trap that he was tied to while Dean was beating him.

"You got a lot to learn, boy," Alastair says, lifting Dean off the floor. If those damn angels won't get in here soon, Alastair will kill Dean for sure. And I can't exactly show my face without raising suspicions. "So, I'll see you back in class, bright and early, Monday morning." Dean's eyes roll back.

Suddenly Castiel is pulling Alastair off of Dean. He stabs the demon with the demon knife as he gets thrown backwards. I look over at Dean who is laying helpless on the ground, his face still bloody. "Well, almost," the demon says, eyeing the knife in his chest. Cas stands up. "Looks like God is on my side today," Alastair says almost cheerfully as he looks up at the trench coated angel. Cas raises a hand, making the knife turn and twist, making Alastair groan in pain a little. The demon pulls the knife out, and then he yells, running forward to attack Cas. They hit each other in the face multiple times.

"Now, I really wish I knew how to kill you," Alastair says, his hand around Castiel's neck. The angel is being pushed up against the wall by the demon. "But all I can do is send you back to heaven." He starts speaking Latin. Light illuminates the demon's face, which is coming from Castiel's mouth. His eyes start to glow, and his mouth. Suddenly, the demon stops and he starts choking.

I have been around the boys Sam and Dean enough to know when they come in the room, and this is definitely Sam. Alastair is flung away from Castiel and pushed against a different wall. Cas falls from the wall he was pushed against.

"Stupid pet tricks," Alastair says as Sam stands a few feet in front of him, his arm outstretched with an open hand at the end.

"Who's murdering the angels?" Sam asks. "How are they doing it?" Castiel looks up at Sam, a worried look on his face. I probably have the same one plastered on mine because Cas looks at me.

"You think I'm gonna tell you?" Alastair asks. Sam pauses, then says, "Yeah, I do." He turns his hand and his fingers curl in towards his palm. Alastair's eyes turn to white and he starts choking.

"How are the demons killing angels?" Sam asks, a little more forcefully this time.

"I...don't...know," the demon growls.

"Right," Sam says. His hand is now balled into a fist. "It's not us," the demon growls. Castiel looks at Sam with a worried look, which Sam ignores. "We're not doing it."

"I don't believe you," Sam says, tightening his fist.

"Lilith is not behind this," Alastair says, a little worry creeping into his eyes, by not his voice. "She wouldn't kill seven angels. Oh, she'd kill a hundred, a thousand." He is now smiling. Sam lowers his arm, and Alastair tries to regain his breath. He shakes his head. "Oh, go ahead. Send me back, if you can."

"I'm stronger than that now," Sam says, a small smile creeping up his face, and not the friendly kind.

Oh, no, Sam.

"Now I can kill," he says, a devilish look in his eyes and a small smile playing on his face. Cas gives him a look that worries me as Sam raises his arm once again. He closes his eyes as Alastair's skin flickers an orange color. He screams as his head presses into the old brick wall behind him. His whole body glows orange in the inside, illuminating his bones, his vessel's bones. His eyes are widened as his lifeless body crumples to the ground.

Dean ended up in the hospital because of his injuries.

Sam sits to his brother's right, and I sit to his left. He lifts his head up and looks at the door, I do too, seeing Castiel standing there. Sam gives him a look and the angel walks away. Dean's younger brother steps out of the room to talk to Cas, but I stay there. I stare at the injured hunter. He is so damaged. He didn't deserve this.

Something is in his mouth, probably to help him breath. There are so many wires and other crap hooked up to him.

"Hey, Dean," I say quietly. "You didn't deserve this." I look down at the floor. "This is probably pointless, but I'm going to help you as much as I can, you and Sam." I lean forward and kiss his forehead.
