Hey Rich Boy!

So just to clarify real quick, this is essentially just The Interviewer boy parts one and two, but this time you get to see more of what Ritz was thinking, so yeah, enjoy!

Ritz's Pov: After the interview with Velvet and Veneer yesterday, I felt a little strange. It was about Veneer, ever since then he's just been stuck on my mind, like I can't stop thinking about him.

"Alright Kid Ritz, it's officially lunch break time, so you have 20 minutes before you have to get back to work."

"Got it boss." I exited my quarters and walked to the lobby. I was just sitting and enjoying my lunch before I heard someone call out my name behind me.

"Hey, Kid Ritz."

"Oh hey Veneer. Wait, Veneer what are you doing here?"

"I-I was looking, for you."

He was looking for me? Could it be possible that he was having the same thoughts as me? "Um, ok, but why exactly may I ask?"

"Well it's just that... Have you ever felt weird about someone, even if you barely know them or who they are?" He spoke fast.

I thought about saying yes, but I was too scared to cause about starting something wired, so I lied. "Uh, no, why?"

"Oh, haha, no reason." He looked away, almost shyly, it was kinda cute.

"You know what, as an interviewer, I should ask you this. What's the secret that you're hiding?"

"... I... C-can we go somewhere more private for this, please?"

"Sure." I agreed and we walked over to a less crowded place.

I he took a breather before speaking again. "L-listen, it's just ever since yesterday I can't s-stop thinking about you, and I know that it sounds weird but, every time I do I get this warm and fuzzy feeling and I don't know if you feel like that!" 

Was... was that a confession or a joke? I wondered. "Veneer, is this a joke or are you being for real?"

"I-I mean it, truly."

I decided that if Veneer could tell me this, then I could tell him the truth too, plus, no one would hear us anyway. "Well to be honest, ever since yesterday, I can't seem to get my mind off of you either." I laughed.

"Really? Y-you mean it? You, feel the same way?"

"Well, yeah, why would I ever lie to you?"

He was fast to hug me. "Th-thanks Ritz."

"Um, no problem?"

"Anyway, I should probably head home now before Velvet calls me, bye!"

"Bye!" I waved as he ran for the exit.

Several hours later.

I was in my house, frying some eggs and sausage for dinner, after the whole encounter with Veneer today, all I could think was, Hey, hey rich boy, look my way. Hey, hey rich boy, make my day. Hey, hey boy, you look so fly. Throw that money in the sky. 

And eventually went to sleep.

The next day.

After Veneer's whole confession yesterday, I was a little surprised since I hadn't see it coming at all, it was kinda cute though. So today I thought that if he came back to the studio, that maybe I could ask him for his number so that we could communicate easier. But for now, I to do my job and go on to interview another person.

Several minutes later.

I was on lunch break so I decided to go to the building entrance just in case Veneer would show up today.

"Ritz?" I heard someone call out. I knew it had to be Veneer.

"Veneer!" I said as I ran up to him and grabbed his hands. "I was hoping you'd show up today!"

"You did?"

"Yeah, I did."

"Uh, w-well, I just came here to talk to you a bit m-more to get to k-know you better."

"Aw, you did? That's cute." Veneer blushed a little.

"S-stop calling me cute." He looked away embarrassed.

"Sorry, but how could I not? Almost everything you do is cute, even your face is cute."

"Ritz!"

"Ok, ok, I'll stop, you darn rich boy." I laughed. After meeting up, we had a long 8 minutes of talking to each other before my break was over. "Oh, before I go, can I get your number?"

"Oh, uh, sure."

After all that, well, come on you know what happened next.
