When Rimuru woke up the next day, he was greeted by the wolves and Goblins playing outside. The wolves seemed to have settled in nicely with the goblins. Even the leader was playing with the little goblin children.

"Master, did you rest well?" Ranga asked as he approached Rimuru.

"I did! How is everyone coming along?" Rimuru asked his companion as they walked to the center of the village.

"Everyone is bonding nicely, master. No issues whatsoever. I'm assuming that you wish to gather them all here to make a few announcements?" Ranga said, reading Rimuru's mind.

"Yep! Please do that Ranga." He said as he sat by a log.

Within the span of a few minutes, everyone in the village was gathered in front of Rimuru, wondering what he wanted to say. Rimuru quickly thanked Ranga and faced everyone. There were about 130 wolves and 90 goblins in total. How does he know this? Rafael.

"Alright, everyone. Before I tell you why you guys are here, I would like to lay down a few rules." Everyone waited patiently on what he was about to say. Ranga already knew of what Rimuru was going to announce but sat patiently beside his master.

"First off, don't attack humans. Second, do not fight your fellow comrades. Third, do not look down on other races." Rimuru was going to conclude it there but then remembered something.

"Lastly, do not be too trusting." This surprised Ranga.

"Any questions?" A few of the goblins raised their hands, and the wolves also seemed eager to ask. Rimuru pointed to a young goblin girl.

"Uhm.. why can't we fight any humans?" She asked.

"Well... I'm what you call an "other-worlder," and in my past life, I was human. The reason that we don't attack humans is that a small part of me still feels human, and I don't want to erase my humanity. Though, if you are attacked by them, you can fight back as self-defense." Rimuru answered as another goblin raided their hand. It was Rigur.

"What do you mean by we can't look down on other races?" Rigur asked.

"Well, I'm planning to give all of you names, and that would cause all of you to evolve. So once you've evolved, I don't want anyone thinking they're better than others just because you guys are fortunate enough to have a name." The immediately silenced everyone. Ranga snickered at the faces of everyone.

"N-name us?! All of us?!" The village chief asked as Rimuru nodded.

"I-is that alright? Won't that kill you? I can see that you're indeed very powerful, but naming all of us... won't that be too much for you?" Ranga's father asked. It was true. If he named all of them all at once, it could've killed him. But now, seeing that he had evolved into a True dragon, his mana and energy were almost immeasurable! So doing this should be an easy task.

"It's alright, you don't need to worry about me." Rimuru said as he smiled at them. This made everyone wonder how strong this slime really was...

"Any more questions?"

"I have one question, my lord." Ranga asked as Rimuru nodded at him to continue.

"What did you mean by not just easily trusting someone?" Ranga asked. Rimuru sighed and faced the wolf.

"You remember that attack on Tempest that killed Shion, right?" Ranga's eyes widened at the realization. He remembered how distraught his master was that grim day. Ranga nodded in understanding.

"Alright! I'm guessing that was all! Now, after I name each one of you, I want the wolves and the goblins to group up into pairs. We're all going to form a buddy system so that we can ensure that everyone can bond and be protected at the same time." Rimuru said as he heard a chorus of yes's
