Fiores PoV
I wake up and grab my notebook and rush straight to my desk. I place my notebook and write down every single voice or noise I hear. I heard being a broadcaster can get you BIG money After about an hour of that I hear a knock on my door
"Wow! Someone finally knocked at a door."
"ha ha. Get ready we are going to do something fun today."
"..I am not prepared for this."
"Alright Fiore."
James walks out of the room.
I know him and Aiden are my dads but It would feel strange calling them that. Plus! They don't care! I'm their mega smart child. Anyways I try open my door but Aiden is standing their worried.
"Fiore Fiore. Have you seen James AT ALL today?"
"Uh yeah I have why?"
"He's gone. It's like he's disappeared.. did he really just. Leave us ?"
"what? James wouldn't do that. He said we were doin something fun today. But no! Maybe he's just gone somewhere ..?
"He usually tells me.."
"Maybe it was a surprise?"
"Anyways when did you see him?"
"About five or ten minutes ago?"
"Then he wouldn't have gotten far."
"Well what are you waiting for Aiden? Let's go already!"
He picks me up and puts me on his shoulders. I can't just NOT be worried. Everyone I ever cared for just walked out on me. I seriously thought James was better than this.
"AIDEN STOP YOUR TRACKS."
He quickly stops in confusion
"WHY ARE YOU YELLING??"
"THATS JAMES PHONE."
I Point to place next the open window
"He never leaves without his phone?"
"That's right."
"Maybee he wanted to be secret?"
"No Fiore ! This better not be one of his shitty TikTok pranks."
"It doesn't seem like Aiden."
We walk out the door and WHAT THE?
"Aiden. Why is their police patrolling the neighbourhood??"
".."
"Should I go ask them..?"

I walk up to one of the police man
"Uh excuse me for such intrusion but may I ask what's going on?"
"little girl it's nothing you should worry about"
"It is. One of my dads is gone missing and it's concerning."
"Like I said. It's nothing you should be worrying about deary"
I've had enough of this bullshit. I pull him down to my speaking range
"Listen up you dick. Tell me what's going on or else I'll make you REGRET that you hadn't."
I hear a familiar voice in the distance
"Fiore?"
"Do not tell me."
"Oh hello Fiore! What are you doing here alone?"
"I'm not alone.Tom."
"Oh. Well let my co-worker go."
I let him go.
"Listen I just NEED to know what's going on. One of my dads is missing. James is GONE."
"Bella write that name down."
"On it boss!"
"Tom just explain what's going on??"
"A bunch of people in the town have gone missing."
"WHAT?"
I run back to Aiden.
"FIORE COME BACK"
I hear Tom shout from afar
Tears in my eyes I knock at the door. Aiden looks hopeful but my tears make him lose complete hope.
"So what happened do you know..Fiore?"
"A bunch of people have been going missing"
I say while crying
He sighs but looks me in the eye
"We can't just sit here and do nothing? We need to look for James."
"But how Aiden? We are locked in the neighbourhood. Theirs no way out."
"We can find one. I'm not gonna sit here and think that James is dead."
"Wait what?"
"We are gonna find him."
"We are seriously doing this?"
"Yeah. Now get sleep. We need to go at night."

I walk off to bed
