Flashback (14.11.2010 (Age 12))
As I stand in the bustling Red Bull Racing garage, surrounded by the hum of mechanics fine-tuning the cars and the unmistakable scent of rubber and fuel, my excitement is mirrored in the eyes of my brothers and the proud smile on my father's face. We are not just spectators; we are part of the Red Bull family. Sebastian Vettel, our dear friend and a beloved member of this racing dynasty, is on the verge of making history.Christian, the charismatic team principal, approaches us with a warm smile. His eyes twinkle with a mix of excitement and pride, much like a father watching his children accomplish great feats. "Angelica, my dear, are you ready for another unforgettable race?" he asks, bending down to my eye level. His genuine affection for our family showing, and I nod enthusiastically.
Seb, clad in his racing suit, approaches with that infectious grin of his. "Hey, Princess," he greets me, ruffling my hair affectionately. The nickname has stuck, a sign showing the familial bond we share. I beam up at him, a mix of adoration and excitement sparkling in my eyes. Seb has been a constant in my life, a friend who feels like family.
The race kicks off, and the tension in the air is noticeable. As the laps progress, Seb showcases his skill and determination, inching closer to the championship title. The pit strategy unfolds as perfect, and Christian watches every move with intensity.
With each passing lap, the excitement in the garage heightens. My brothers exchange animated glances, and my father's pride is evident. Seb's success is not just his; it's a victory for the entire Red Bull Racing family.
As the race nears its highlight, Seb maneuvers his car with finesse. The crowd erupts in cheers, and the Red Bull garage is a sea of jubilation. Christian grips my shoulder, a mixture of excitement and emotion evident in his eyes. "He's on the brink, Angelica. Seb is about to make history."
Seb crosses the finish line, and the moment is magical. The cheers reverberate through the circuit as the Red Bull team celebrates a historic victory. Seb Vettel is now the youngest Formula 1 World Champion, and the jubilation is contagious.
"SEBASTIAN VETTEL YOU ARE THE WORLD CHAMPION! THE WORLD CHAMPION! WELL DONE ENJOY IT! YOU ARE THE MAN!" Christian yelled over the radio fully excited and happy.
In the midst of the celebrations, Seb finds me. He sweeps me off my feet in a bear hug, spinning me around. "We did it, Princess! Can you believe it?" he exclaims, his eyes reflecting sheer joy. I nod, laughter bubbling from deep within.
Christian joins the embrace, creating a triumphant trio. "Well done, Seb. You've made us all immensely proud," he commends, clapping Seb on the back. The camaraderie between the two is evident, a genuine friendship forged on the racetrack.
As the trophy ceremony begins, Seb holds the championship trophy high, the Red Bull insignia glinting in the Abu Dhabi sun. Christian, my family, and I stand together, united in this moment of triumph. The Red Bull Racing family has etched another chapter in its storied history.
Thousands of cameras clicking were audible, all capturing this moment, Christian leans down and whispers, "This is a day to remember, Angelica. We witnessed greatness today." I nod, my heart swelling with pride for Seb and gratitude for being a part of this extraordinary family.
As the German national anthem echoes through the circuit, I look around at the faces that have become my second family. In this world of speed, competition, and adrenaline, we've found something more profound—a bond that transcends the racetrack.
After the whole incident in Canada, there was a small break, before the next race in Silverstone took part. Most of the break I spend in Switzerland with Sebastian and our lawyer, they helped me a lot through this and with all the organizing stuff. Also now after what happened in Canada our chances to win in court increased a lot. Now after the race in Great Britain, which was surprisngly won by Carlos, with Max and Charles completing the podium we are heading directly to Austria.
