He knew that something was up, but he didn't know what. However, for most of the time he had been suspicious and had kept a close eye on both Grover and Mr. Brunner ever since the incident at the museum.

And speaking of which, most of the whole school seemed to believe that Mrs. Kerr had been their pre-algebra teacher the whole time and not Mrs. Dodds aka Alecto. Though neither he nor Persia had ever seen her in their lives, but she was a sweet woman in their book, so Izuku didn't mind.

He would often watch Persia try to get the students to remember Mrs. Dodds, but of course they would often look at her like she belonged in a psych ward. And honestly, if he was in their shoes, he wouldn't blame them.

However, the only person that couldn't fool them was Grover.

Whenever Persia would mention Mrs. Dodds to him, he would hesitate before claiming that she didn't exist which was an indication that he was lying.

Both of them knew that something was going on, and Izuku was suspicious of all this.

He would often have to stay with Persia as she would have visions of Alecto so he would often have her stay with him in his room in their dormitory.

The strange weather would also continue, which probably didn't help her mood. The window in his room blew out from a thunderstorm and a few days later, the biggest tornado ever spotted in the Hudson Valley touched down only fifty miles from Yancy Academy. There was also a number of small planes that had crashed into the Atlantic Ocean that year as well.

Persia would get cranky and irritated for the most of the time as her grades had dropped to Fs and would get into more fights with Nancy Bobofit whenever he wasn't around, he often would see her being sent into the hallway almost every time.

Their English teacher Mr. Nicoll had asked her for the millionth time why she was too lazy to study for the spelling tests, which probably wasn't the best as she had snapped and called him an old sot.

Honestly, Izuku doesn't even think she knew what that meant, but he was sure it wasn't good as the headmaster had made it official that Persia would not be invited back to Yancy Academy next year.

He didn't let anything effect his mood, he had made it clear that he wasn't going to let Persia be alone with everything that was happening, especially since he didn't trust her not to be attacked again.

Plus, Ashley was going away from New York for 3 months, so he would be alone for that time anyway.

The exam week was getting closer, and he had made sure to study most of what he needed to study for, including Latin. He still remembered what Mr. Brunner said about this subject being life and death for him and he didn't know why, but that only add to his suspicion.

The evening before the finals, he was studying with Persia. She had gotten frustrated and threw her mythology across the room as he caught the book without looking.

"Careful, these are important for the finals" Izuku said

"Sorry, but I can't figure out the difference between Chiron and Charon, or Polydictes and Polydeuces" Persia said

"Well, I don't know about the last two, but Chiron is the trainer of heroes and has an i in his name, while Charon has an a in his name and is the ferryman of the Underworld" Izuku said
