the richards male smiled when he watched the trending tiktok challenge with someone been deaf, another person being blind and another person being mute as they baked or even cooked, watching larray's video with issa and mario that made him laugh.
he had somehow convinced his best friend to participate in the challenge alongside his other closest friend emma brooks, as sab, anna and soph will watch them bake from behind the kitchen counter in chase's home.
"ok,"
he set up his vlog camera against the tripod that held his camera in perfect position of the three bakers, "hi guys," chase said when looking at his vlog camera, "today, i'm with my boy, zack lugo," he said patting zack's shoulder, "and zack's girlfriend and one of my closest friends, emma brooks mcallister, and we're gonna be doing the tiktok trend, the blind, deaf and mute challenge." he explained the concept of the challenge, before getting into it, "emma will be deaf, zack's gonna be blind and i'm gonna be mute,"
sabrina smiled at this knowing how loud her best friend could be when she had headphones on, especially since she did a video with emma being deaf, "okay, so let's get started."
the video then went into, where zack was helping his put a bandanna over chase's mouth for him not to speak as chase then helped his best friend put on the bandanna covering his eyes, "bromance," anna said from behind the camera making them all chuckle.
the girls behind the camera were the ones choosing emma's music choice making her a lot louder than chase had suspected, "good song choice!" emma said looking at her friends standing near to her boyfriend and chase who both put their hands on their racing heart.
"tap me once if i turn on the oven," zack said from his place near the baking tray that they were going to use as chase not emma touched zack as the mcallister female already did that.
chase then looked at emma motioning with his hands for her to tell her boyfriend what to do as chase was getting out the ingredients, "spray the pan, babe," emma said standing close to her boyfriend who moved at her her loud voice.
chase had gotten himself a bottle of water from his fridge, drinking it not seeing the way the quesada female was looking at the richards boy who then put the lid back onto his bottle as he started to help his friends.
seeing emma taking her boyfriend's hands to dance along to the song playing in her headphones as chase rolled his eyes looking at his vlog camera seeing the three girls behind the tripod setup all smile, as he mixed the made cookie batch together.
"chase!"
the richards male turned around seeing zack holding out a hand for his best friend to take, which chase did leaving the whisk they were using dancing with his two closest friends.
the richards male hummed along to the song playing from emma's headphones that he could hear, "where's the—where's the counter?"
chase moved zack forwards who slapped his hand as chase furrowed his eyebrows before the two started to slap at each other's hands as emma put the batch into small balls on the sprayed baking tray, "chase, where are you? i don't—i don't trust you,"
the lugo male responded as chase was helping emma roll some of the batch into balls to bake, "come help us, zack!" emma said loudly as chase looked away from the ball he was making to where zack was going in the opposite direction.
he made a sound to what zack stopped, "am i not going the right way? help me," zack said making chase mumble something underneath his bandanna before getting his friends' hand and leading zack to the counter to help roll out two more cookie dough balls onto the baking tray.
"careful, careful—"
emma told her boyfriend who was putting the baking tray into chase's open oven to what zack moved back when chase helped him put the baking tray down with a hum of encouragement.
"now we wait,"
emma started to dance with the song playing in her headphones as chase looked at emma trying to copy the tall blonde which he failed at doing where zack just stood near the kitchen counter drinking from chase's water bottle.
once the cookies were done, chase took them out of the oven with the oven mits on placing the baking tray onto a cooling rack, as he looked to his vlog camera doing the ok motion to his camera, "they smell really good," zack said as chase hummed, tapping his friends' chest as an indication that they do smell good.
chase moved the bandana from his mouth, "and that's it, guys," he said as zack took off the bandana from his eyes as emma looked at them then taking off her headphones.
"they do look really good," the trio responded looking down at their batch of fresh cookies, "since we didn't make cupcakes or a cake, we can't decorate it so that's the end of the video, guys," he said to his vlog camera, "make sure to follow chase-boobie on instagram and tiktok, and turn on the post notifications so you know when he next posts, love you," emma said to chase's camera as zack nods his head at what his girlfriend said as chase had his arm around his best friend's shoulder, "bye guys," he saluted the camera before soph turned it off.
"try it,"
everyone got a cookie into their hand after the batch of cookies had cooled down, with chase humming at the taste of the fresh cookies looking at his friends who also did the same making the baking trio all smile.
chase looked at anna and sab, "we're the better trio," he said teasingly about him, zack and emma working together to make those batch of fresh chocolate chip cookies, "nuh uh," anna said as chase smirked, "we are,"
emma and zack watched the playful disagreement between anna, sab and chase who said that their trio was better to which chase declined, "tell them zacky-boy, we're a better trio,"
the lugo male looked at his best friend then to his closest friends, "i mean—" chase chuckled as zack played along with his joke, "see, even zack agrees," chase responded as sab and anna both shook their heads.
"we're the powerpuff girls, what's your trio name?"
chase looked at his best friend after sabrina's comment who carried on with the joke as soph looked in between them all, "uh—" he couldn't think of a trio's name as anna then smirked, "ha! we're the better trio," anna said as her and sab came towards their best friend hugging emma.
