Chapter 25

"Uh, okay...." She starts.

"The Dallas family were always on the go, hardly ever home. When they were home, Gina would come over for coffee and cookies." She smiled.

"Cameron only came over a few times, but not very often. Gina would always tell me how mean he was to her, but he never showed it." She took a breath.

"So you don't really know them?" I ask, trying not to be rude.

"Hmm I really don't, now that I think about it. They were very private. Although I did hear the fights between Gina and her husband and sometimes between Gina and Cameron late at night." She stated.

"Okay." I thought for a moment.

"Do you know her address now? Maybe Matt and I could go talk to Gina and see if she will tell us anything." I state, looking at Matt, then back at her.

"I think I do, one second." She says, getting up and walking to the kitchen.

"What are you thinking?" Matt says looking at me.

"Hopefully we can go find Gina tomorrow since it's almost 6 pm and I don't want to intrude on her. But also that she has background history that can prove something is wrong with Cam." I reply to him.

"Ah yes, I found it." She states grabbing a pen and a piece of paper writing it down and handing it to me.

"This should be her current address in Los Angeles. If it's not, you may have to get a phone book or look her up on Facebook." She smiles.

"Okay thank you so much again for letting us talk to you Ms. Jackie, I appreciate it!" I smile, getting up to hug her.

"You're welcome!" She says, as Matt gets up to hug her too.

"Such a sweetheart and gentleman, he's a keeper (Y/N)!" She says as we walk to the door.

Matt grabs my hand and looks at me as I smile back.

"Thank you, I agree!" I lightly kiss him on the cheek.

He opens the door as I exit, and he shuts it behind me.

"So now what?" Matt asks walking to the car, opening my door as I get in and shut it for me.

I wait for him to get in to answer him.

"Well I figured we could go drive and see where this house is located, but she lives in Los Angeles so we can just go back to the hotel and chill out I guess." I smile as he cranks the car.

"Alright." He smirks back.

I laugh a little as we make our way back to the hotel.

We pull in and park, as we both get out making our way inside and to our room.

"Ahhh, at last." Matt says plopping onto the bed, still wearing his shoes.

"Matt....your shoes.." I laugh, taking off mine.

"Ugh fine." He takes them off throwing them to the door.

He lays there and I go to lay beside him as we pull out our phones and scroll through.

He had at least 1000 more followers on Twitter and 100+ on Instagram, while I had 2 notifications on Twitter and that's it.

I sigh and lock my phone, while Matt still scrolls through his feed.

I sigh again, grabbing the remote and turning on the tv.

"Is there something wrong babe?" Matt asks, never taking his eyes off the screen.
