"You have the right to remain silent." Dewey said as an officer slammed you and Billy against the hood of the car. Both in cuffs Billy was trying to convince Sidney it wasn't him as he screamed her name over and over while being shoved into the car eventually he gave up and tried to tell the sherif to call Hank -not that that would've made a difference- but that didn't last long he still yelled trying to get Sid to believe it wasn't him. Serena got thrown into the car on the other side of Billy, her face full of betrayal, her arms hurting from being cuffed behind her back.

The car started to drive away as Tatum drove up. Billy gave one more try to scream for Sid whereas Serena just kept quiet looking into her lap she wasn't betrayed or hurt but she was confused, how could she think it was her. 'I chased the killer away. Me.' Serena kept repeating this in her head, her brother looked over to her, angry. "Why were you there?" His voice was loud and stained with anger, but it didn't make sense why he was angry. Serena didn't answer she just kept thinking and pondering the suggestions. Billy left her and the ride to the station was quiet aside from the buzzing of the engine and the chatter of the police men in the front.

The drive was quick sadly 'cause now it was time to face the music. It was time to talk to the sherif luckily their dad arrived and still not drunk, but Serena didn't have time to think about that she had to think of what she was going to say when they started asking questions. Billy went in first he looked pissed off as the sherif seemed to be accusing him of everything more than asking him about it. After a few minutes he turned to look at sidney before being cuffed and dragged out trying to call for Sid, now something that was dreaded it was Serenas turn, her face remained blank and her eyes were almost soulless. The sherif asked the same questions and told her the same things he told her brother but he was calmer when dealing with Serena, he didn't believe that she had done it.

She got cuffed again and walked willingly with the cops when Sidney looked at her almost as if she was sorry Serena had a small grin on her face Sid played it off by saying it was her imagination. Tatum backed into a wall when she saw the cops taking the young green eyed girl through almost as if she had the deadliest virus known to man. Tatum ran to Sid and what was said after was unknown to all, Serena and Billy were sat in a holding cell before being uncuffed Serena held her wrists rubbing them. After a good half an hour or so Billy demanded a phone call banging on the cell wall to get the guards attention, he -of course- was granted his one call.

"Hey, Stu. I've been arrested..."  Billy said and his voice began to turn into a harsh whisper that only Stu would be able to hear. After the call was over Serena was offered a to make one call, she did calling Sidney seemed like a good choice to get off the hook.

"Hello?" There was a older woman's voice on the phone maybe mid 40's. "Hi, is Sidney there?" Serena asked, she'd called Tatums house many times before to make sure that Sid was them. Mrs. Riley said she would go and fetch her saying that she might not come to the phone after the call she just had but after a few seconds of silence Sidneys voice was heard. "Serena?" The voice over the phone was dreadful full of fear but something inside of Serena lit up when she heard the fear in her best friends voice. "Hey Sid. Look I should have called before showing up. I know that." Serena sounded sincere but was rolling her eyes, 'Why must I apologize she had me arrested." Was all that was going through her mind, after about 20 seconds Sidney broke down and started crying, "I'm sorry, she can't talk to you right now." Tatum answered sarcasticly before hanging up, now she'd done it that was Tatums, last. Freaking. Straw.

"Who'd you call?" Billy asked finally getting over being mad his younger sister looked at him as if the answer was obvious "Sidney, but she just started crying." She said with a loud annoyed huff. Billy laughed a little and went to sit next to Serena. "I didn't even get to talk to her before that ass wipe spoke first." Pure hatred and anger filled her voice as she spoke through her teeth. "Tatum?" Billy asked with an amused smile knowing why his sister hated the young petite blonde girl.

The siblings had fallen asleep sitting up as they lay next to each other Serenas head had fallen onto Billy's shoulder, with a loud bang both the juvenile teens awoke to a guard telling them they are free to go. Serena shot up like a bullet and proceeded to walk out of the police station Billy right behind her like a shadow. A car pulled up as reporters shoved their way trying to get to the young teens but officers guided the kids through the pile of reporters and cameramen to the car waiting, their father had showed face to come and fetch them. Billy hopped into the passenger seat and Serena in the back. With a silent ride home Hank tried to go fast so that the kids could get out the car and have some time to themselves. Billy and Serena couldn't get the ink off of their fingers no matter how hard they scrubbed so they left it and went to get ready for school. Serena dressed in a tight white shirt with a denim jacket and a pair of leather tights. Billy went with his usual white shirt and blue jeans.

Arriving at school Billy was almost trampled by an crying Sidney, Serena stood a few stairs below them just low enough to not see or hear anything about their conversation other than Sidney shouting about her moms death and calling Billy's life perfect, clearly she knew nothing. Sid ran to the bathroom, Serena stopped to talk to Billy who said he was sick of her childishness after a few minutes of chatter she left to catch up with Sidney but by the time she made it in the bathroom she ran into two girls walking out, they didn't even apologize instead they laughed knowing exactly who she was. Serena decided to wait for Sid outside the bathroom. When she looked away for a few seconds the door opened but she didn't see anybody exit. 'Someone must have entered.' She convinced herself.
