CHASE'S POV (point of view):
I scrummaged through the sheets looking for my phone which I had lost in the bundle of cotton only a few minutes earlier when my alarm clock went off. I apparently accidentally fell back asleep after turning it off the first time.
Now I was in panic, trying to find my iPhone to check the time.
"Fuck." I grunted at the sight of '6:30' plastered on my bright phone screen that I squinted at.
"First day...freaking late...what am I going to...shit." I mumbled under my breath thinking out loud while tumbling out of bed in only my boxers and one sock.
'One sock? What happened to the other one..?' I thought to myself. I shrugged off the mystery and peeled off the last surviving sock.
I slugged out of bed and stood, shirtless, in front of the window of my room and stretched. I smirked at the realization that all the girls would swoon at the sight of me doing this.
I looked out onto my backyard that consisted of a pool and hot tub with beautiful landscaping: rose bushes perfectly trimmed, ferns and trees perfectly placed, dark wood colored pergola over a small black iron table and chairs. And Beautiful stone pathed around the scene.
I lived in a big house, consisting of six rooms, even though it was only me, my mom, and dad. It had a movie theater room and a game room. My dad had a huge office, and I got a room for my one only hobby.
I walked away from the window and towards my bathroom. I went over the the shower and turned the water on, almost completely hot. I pulled off my boxers and awkwardly waited outside the shower till it was heated enough.
Once It was, I emediately jumped in, goosebumps curling all over my body from the sudden warmth. I sighed in relief. I let the water run down my spine, untensing my shoulders.
Remembering I was already running late, I rushed washing and got out. I grabbed a towl and dried myself head to toe before tucking the white towl around my waist. I pulled another towl out and roughly dried my pitch black, soaking wet hair with it.
I went back into my room then into my walk-in closet, where I grabbed my prepared outfit. New pair of boxers, A simply black t-shirt, and black jeans, with my black leather jacket.
Yes, I know, a lot of black, but I'm not goth, black is just classy in my opinion, the fact that there's a color that consists all the colors but results in such an empty one in amazed me.
I threw the clothes on and went into my bathroom. I stared at my imagine. I was attractive. Very attractive. And sometimes it was a burden.
I brushed my teeth and rustled my hands through my hair, not brushing it. I needed a hair cut soon, it was getting shaggy and messy. But I've heard girls like that look.
I subconsciously gave my image a little smirk and wink before leaving the humid bathroom.
I grabbed my phone and sunglasses, which were also black.
I went down the marble staircase of our second story, that traced a black iron railing. It was already 7:00 and I needed to catch the bus at 7:05.
I would've drove my baby.
My beautiful '69 dark navy blue mustang. But it was currently in the shop due to bad driving...
I opened the door and slipped out. Neither my mom nor dad were home. They rarely ever were.
I flaunted down to where the bus was supposively supposed to pick me up this morning. I stood there for what felt like hours until the bus finally peeked out from around the neighborhood entrance and headed directly at me.
