As Mana stepped out onto the campus courtyard of Nefeli Academy, she inhaled the refreshing breeze, letting out a sigh of relief. Of course a student starts fresh, they say, but Mana's other group of friends felt differently. Hurrying inside, they left Mana behind, unaware of her unease and growing worry at their strange behavior.
'What in hell are they doing.' Mana thought as she looked at them with a scowl creeping up on her lips.
As her and the others went to class she confronted them about their uneasy behavior.
As Mana confronted her friend group in class, she couldn't help but wonder what had them so shaken up. Could it have something to do with Isaac from last week?
"Why have you guys been so shaken lately?" Mana asked, a hint of annoyance in her voice. "Is it because of what happened with Isaac last week?"
"Haha, I guess so," Flake says with a hint of nervousness as he glances at Xander, who is scowling. "Hey Xander, that's a bad look on you! If you'd scowl like that forever, wrinkles will grow on your face," Valerie tries to reassure Xander, but it doesn't work as Sasha and Starry are also investigating Isaac, which only adds to Xander's growing resentment and stress.
Mana sighed as the teacher returned, class about to commence. The group was still uncertain about what had happened to Isaac, having seen him only last week and wondering why he was now absent. As if the mystery surrounding him wasn't enough, Xander's failure to convince him to return only added to the group's worries.
Xander sighed in frustration, massaging her temples. "I can't believe my pookie would just like... Absent once again even when we told him to come back! It just makes me worry even more!"
She complained, and everyone nodded in agreement. "I can't believe this," Alex muttered.
"But we still have to go to Rhian's house, right?" She questioned hesitantly, and received silence as the only response.
"Rhian is here,"
a voice mumbled, shocking everyone.

...
"What the fuck?" "Shit who was that?" "Did y'all hear that shit?" "A ghost? Must be hot,"
the whole group was shocked by the sudden voice,
... only to have Flake speak again, breaking the ominous silence.
"Oops, sorry, me and Alex went to go buy some drinks at the cafe, sorry if we disturbed you guys," Flake apologized, his face growing awkwardly.
"What the hell dude that was so sudden," Sasha mumbled, visibly irritated.
"Wait... Is Rhian here then?"
Starry says with a relieved sigh.
"Oh thank goodness I thought we would get scared again going into Rhian's house like we did with Isaac... Shit... Time flies."
Valerie says ruffling starry's hair much to Mana's demise.
