“Jo!!! What the hell are you doing in there?!”  I yelled as I knocked the bathroom door violently.

It was 7.15 and I got a class in less than 45 minutes, and my twin sister was taking her time in the bathroom. I was sure she did it just to annoy me.

“Jo!! Hurry up!!” I yelled again. The door didn’t budge and I could hear the sound of Jo’s hot pink hair dryer. Damn, she was taking her time! I had less than 40 minutes now, that was frustrating.

I knocked again, harder this time, hoping my damn Barbie of a twin would soon get out of the bathroom. I looked at my watch; 7.20 and i still hadn’t shower, my professor was so gonna kill me! I was late to her class last week and I was sure as hell she remembered me enough to kick me out of the class the moment she saw me getting late to her class.

After a minute, my twin Joanna finally came out, wearing her bright pink shower robe and fluffy pink slippers. We stared at each other for a minute; I wondered why we’re so different when we’re actually twins. Sure we got the same face, but other than that, I doubt we have any other thing in common.

She got long and wavy blonde hair and looked like some Malibu Barbie, while I had short messy hair blond hair, just a little darker than her hair. Sure we have the same hazel eyes, but still, we’re different. She was the sweet Malibu Barbie while I was more of the troublemaker kind of person. She loves pink, I hate pink! She remembered the name of every designer in the world while I was lucky just to memorize some few major brands.

“What?!” she said, flashing her usual innocent face to me. I groaned; she always did it to annoy me. “I got a morning class.” I replied to her.

She shrugged and walked away to her room, “well good luck with that.”

“Stupid Barbie!” I muttered under my breath. She didn’t seem to notice. She’d be pissed whenever somebody calls her stupid. People always thought of her as a stupid typical Malibu Barbie, but I knew my sister, she’s smarter than most girls out there. I must admit though, she’s even smarter than me, not to mention my empty headed brother.

I groaned and entered the bathroom as fast as I can, I couldn’t waste any minute messing with her. I hopped in to the shower and finish taking a bath in the speed of light. I didn’t have time so I took any clothes in sight and put it on me. Just a pair of faded blue jeans with loose black shirt printed with the logo of my favorite band, nothing could go wrong with that. I looked at least decent. Well, I’m not Jo the fashion goddess, so anything worked for me.

In a rush, I threw my iPhone, my favorite black hair band, a pen, a set of ear phones and my car key into my canvas bag. I took another bag containing my laptop just in case I had to use them for today’s class. I took a quick look at the mirror, my hair was a total mess, but I didn’t look too bad so I decided to just go with it. I put on my leather jacket and my own pair of black Manolo ankle boots. Don’t judge me, just because I was more of a trouble maker type didn’t mean I could refuse some pretty shoes.

I got out of my room and rush towards the door where I met Jo. She stared at me and scrunched her nose while looking at my outfit. “Are you sure you’re gonna go outside with that?” she said irritably.

“I’m not like you, miss fashion goddess” I replied while starring at her super girly outfit; a white dress and brown blazer.

“Well, not every girl is as lucky as me.” She said while flipping her blonde hair then jumped on her pink beetle. I shook my head in amazement, her Malibu-ness never cease to amaze me. And at the same time; annoy me to death.
