Killua and Y/n sat on their seats, their bag had been taken away, Y/n felt relieved it wasn't with the bigger luggages down somewhere in the plane but on top of them, with other minor bags. Ignoring that the airline said that they took Killua's skateboard to a special place in first class, since he's "special" because he is a hunter.

It was a long ride to Zaban city, especially since it was in the Zahelta continent (this is hxh official), across the see.

The youngsters buckled up their belts as soon as the main screen lighted up and the flight attendants already their places to start explaining about the security in the plane.

Next to y/n they're was a "hall", and (technically) next to her seat they're was a girl wearing a tiara and the casual classic pink clothes.

"Ladies and gentlemen, please kindly make silence and drift your attention to us so we can explain by the security measures."

Now the flight had oficial started as Killua's and y/n's plane we're already high in the sky in their way to Zaban. Hours had passed and the sky was already dark, the lights we're finally off.

There was a screen in front of every seat on the plane, but not first class, who had a more expensive form of entertainment.

The silverette had the window seat, he thought he had to fight with y/n for it, but she was cool with it. Y/n starts pressing the screen Infront of her to see what kinda of stuff they had there.

Films, movies and music, the airline also humbly offered head phones, blankets, and the main meals of the day.

Killua was a special highlight to the attends, since he was a hunter, but he didn't really care about that, until they said that they had right to free food. When Killua and y/n first baught the tickets Susan asked if they wanted first class. They didn't take it though.

The ex bride looked around for any show she liked, not feeling a drop of sleep, even after staying up for a day straight. The assassin training didn't let her sleep so easily.

While Killua brags that he can't stay a week up Y/n is much worse, the devil of sleep. Weeks, maybe even one month straight. Only on emergencies.

Insomnia is her best friend.

Continuing, y/n scrolled the number of films there was. And Killua felt tired from his long day. Deciding to sleep, he reached out for the blanket underneath his seat, the humble offering from the airline.

The boy covered his head with the blanket and started closing his eyes, while leaning it to the "wall".

Even if Killua tried to rest his mind was still wide awake.

"Was I supposed to realize something?"

That kept him awake. Now he realized Gon being in a coma was a tragedy to Killua.

"Y/n's ability seems to be pretty different from anything else. It's pretty.... Weird"

He never told y/n about his relationship with Gon though.

"Y/n" he speaks under the blanket.

The girl hummed, stopping scrolling to face Killua, taking the headphones off. "Yeah?"

"Since you know all your souls stuff. What did I do wrong?"

"You did something wrong?" She ask confused, raising an eyebrow. Killua had the blanket on his head.

"I think I did. That's why I'm not hanging out with Gon anymore."

Y/n stays silent for a few seconds. "Why would you say that?"

"Gon entered in a coma after aging his body with Nen so he could beat a strong opponent. He aged his body so he could have the proper form to destroy them" Killua gulps, feeling his heart ache bit by bit, thinking about all the tears he cried when that happened.

Y/n stayed quiet, her silence clearly said more than her words ever could. Meaning Killua should continue. "I promised I would protect him. I guess... I failed. "

"Did you ever had friends before him?" Y/n asks, stopping being snarky for a second and  staring at the blanket.

"No. He was my first best friend. After the Hunter exam I was disqualified for killing in the last phase, which was against the rules. Illumi was there all the time, but disguised himself with his pins." Y/n kept quiet, listening to him, he was actually telling how his friendship was with Gon.

"I returned home right after, and Gon, Leorio and Kurapika returned to save me." Y/n's hands gently reaches the blanket, slowly taking it off his face. To discover a emotional Killua, with a sad frown on his face by the memories. "And I can't protect Alluka too, how could I possibly win over my family?" He gulps again, feeling a rope around his neck, but at the outside he was less emotional, specially since he wasn't that close to y/n.

That made y/n feel sad for him, she somehow understand what people's are feeling, like intuition, and it said that Killua was bidding much more emotion.

Two Kinds of Happiness - The Strokes

"Nothing is forever, friends won't be next to you forever. First off because they have their own choices and a life. Plus you life make some things happen because they need to happen." Y/n says calmly, her eyes admiring beautiful mesmerized royal blue orbs quietly and discretely. "Killua does have some eyes, huh?".

Killua stops to think about. "And what about Alluka?" His eyes drift down, in disappointment, keeping a bit of a blunt act.

"First off nothing is right when you we're literally born to kill. So please recognize that you're already awesome by not doing it and saving life's at this right moments. And in Alluka's case, we'll get her back." Y/n says determined, her eyes piercing Killua's, making his orbs drift back to y/n's. "Só Chill bro"

She pokes his forehead with her index finger. "Gon made his own choices, dummy. And you have to make your own too"

In all that time Killua stayed quiet, staring at Y/n.

"Why are you like this?" Killua finally asks.

"How?"

"Confusing, I can't really read your mind. And now you're helping me by being a dumb optimistic."

Y/n blinks "You're being dumb by thinking it's responsibly to take care of them. Ying and Yang, dude." She ends up rolling her eyes and giving off a stern behaviour.

Killua rolls his eyes, looking away. "What does the freaking ying and Yang have to do with this. Is it your magical powers again?" He scoffs.

"Plus why should I believe in somebody you believes in true love?" Killua smirks lightly, side glancing at y/n in a teasing way.

Y/n scoffs, gasping lightly. "I never said I believed in it. I'm just reserving my lips to the person I fall in love with" she rolls her eyes and sit back, Killua does the same.

"Fine but how are you even going to find this person if your always moving from city to city?" He raise an eyebrow.

"Better than having absolutely no chances with anybody and being forced to marry you."

"I should be the one saying that, I don't want nobody burning the curtains." He says confident.
