A/N: Hey guys! Sorry I haven't updated this book in a little while :/ but I'm back now!! I've just been busy with work and mental health :/
Anyways! Onto the book :)
Y/N pov:
I continue chasing after him and we end up in his room, I sigh and catch my breath from chasing him "why do you keep running?!" I ask him with wide eyes "just go away" he say's and glares at me I sigh and nod my head at him and leave the room 'he doesn't want me there? I'm gone.' I think and run back through 'the loop' as Jake calls it and go to the motel.
Once I get to the motel dads sitting down on the bed "hey dad" I say and he gives me a half smile "hey bud, where's Jake?" He asks "he's still hanging out with those kids" I say and he nods "I hope he'll be here soon" he say's and I nod and give him a smile "he will dad" I say and go to change into pjs

Once I'm changed I brush my teeth and walk my bed and put my headphones on and press play to my music. I can't end up falling asleep so I start to draw random things.
After around 3 hours I hear the door open and Jake enter "welcome back" I say sarcastically and he frowns "what happened?" He asks me and I sigh "Enoch happened." I say plainly and he frowns "what did he do?" He asks "nothing don't worry about it" I say while working on my drawing he sighs but drops it "what are you drawing?" He asks changing the subject "...Enoch" I say quietly and he frowns slightly "I'm sorry about all this y/n" he say's "it's ok, not your fault. You just want to know grandpa's friends" I say and he nods "so are you gonna come when I visit them tomorrow?" He asks and I sigh "maybe not I'll let you know in the morning" I say and he nods "all good I'm gonna go get changed than go to bed, goodnight y/n. Love you" he say's "love you too Jake" I say giving him a hug.
Jake has been asleep for around 2 hours now. It's 5am and I can't sleep 'I hate having insomnia' I sigh and put down my book and just lay down and listen to music. I finally fall asleep 2 hours later...
